Super 8 by Wyndham Danville

Location excellent. When I come to PA, I visit people in Turbotville, so it is a good location for me. Breakfast was okay. We got down to breakfast at 8:45 so things were wrapping up there, but we were exhausted from our trip the day before so we slept a little longer than we wanted to. So there was no more coffee creamer, but we did enjoy the waffles.

I looked around for a box of tissues and did not find any. Maybe put a box of tissues in the rooms? (Allergy season!) Also, cold drink cups if we want a glass of soda or something, as well as just the paper cups for coffee. Otherwise, all was fine.

I liked that i didn't have to pass through a lobby i could go directly from my room to the parking lot. I liked that my room a a fridge/ microwave

I couldn't take a bath because there wasn't a plug. I didn't like that there wasn't any carpeting in the room. I didn't like that the person next to me had a dog that barked and used the bathroom right outside my door. There wasn't a channel guide so i couldn't figure out the stations or what was on tv. The breakfast wasn't really a breakfast. If there was a restaurant at the hotel i would have paid for a warm breakfast. Wish there was a restaurant/bar in the hotel or really close.there wasn't enough lighting in the bathroom. One of the bulbs was burnt out. The floor was dirty, chips under the heater.

Convenient location to Geisinger Danville. Clean room, recently remodeled. Sheets & towels clean. Very accommodating to moving our room after we got there from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor because our teenager was having hip surgery and wouldn't be able to get up the stairs afterwards. Simple breakfast but decent selection. Friendly helpful staff.

Fire alarm went off at 5AM because someone in one of the rooms took a steaming hot shower and let the steam fill out into their room. Scared everyone. Hotel didn't even offer to comp a night for the inconvenience, especially after trying to rush to get our teenager out of the room who was immobile after her surgery. Breakfast ends at 9AM which I think is too early. Should be at least 10AM.

It was close to Knoebles. Easy to access from Rt80. The personnel were wonderful, especially Clarra. She kept the breakfast supplies filled and she was so sweet and kind when I needed to move my room due to an issue with the A/C. She got me ice every day for my cooler. She is a great employee!! I will come back next year if you continue to make me feel at home❤️❤️

It was very dark in the front parking area

Frienly and accomodating staff. I,m glad they explained your extra charge at sign-in of $50 to be refunded at sign-out. Why this charge which seems to be a nuisance charge. I recomend you drop this charge. The motel is one of many in your chain going through a massive refurishing event. The new updates will add to my favorible rating. You are lucky to have nice people operating your facility.

Location; somewhat close to the major expressway and the road leading to the motel leaves much to be desired. The local government should be asked to help spruce up the surroundiings. After all, you are a major tax source. The free breakfast was ok but not something to brag about. The orange juice was out of order and the one container of juice in the refregerator was soon gone.

For as many people that was staying at the hotel there was no noise. I slept like a baby. Bed is comfortable. When u give out the water it would be nice if it was cold.

When getting into the tub it was very slippery. Same with the bathroom floor. Breakfast needs help. If anyone has a gluten allergy they could not eat. You could put out fresh fruit. Yogurt and granola. Sausage and scrambled eggs. It really needs a make over.

We had a very clean handicap room which was spacious and airy. Staff was accommodating and quick at checking in and out. The location was Perfect for us. The price was reasonable and breakfast was adequate. We will definitely return and have recommended it to friends and family.

We asked for housekeeping but did not get it. We could have used and extra chair in the room. We did not have any tissues in the room, which I found a little unusual.

The price point was affordable. You welcomed our small dog. There was plenty of place to walk him. The room was clean and had the necessary accoutrements for a night's stay. It was in a safe area.

The room was comfortable, but well used. and tired. The bathroom lighting was a bit dim, but hey, I was just there for a night.

It was clean. Great bathroom, clean, very big well put together. Loved all the places to plug our devices. Nice size fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We had a great parking spot. Other guests for the most part were respectful at night, no real commotion after 10.

I had to go get my own fresh towels our second night. The beds were a bit firm for me, and the room next to us had a dog that was a barker.

Very clean, Jessica and Sierra are awesome! The rest of the staff seem like they hate their job or just don’t wanna help. Over all a great stay and I’m currently on week 4 since I’m here for work.
