Holiday Inn Morgantown - Reading Area, an IHG Hotel

the lobby was huge and accommodating. The beds were made up perfectly and were very comfortable.

the walls are pretty thin. the tv was a little small. there was lingering water damage throughout the hotel and our room that was just repaired or needed repairing. you could see it on the bathroom floor and the walls next to the window. there were large trash cans in the hallway to catch water dripping from the ceilings or for trash receptacle?

The room was big. Everything was clean I loved the heated pool an pool area I liked the trash can s in the hallway due to we bring trash bags to empty our own trash since the rooms don't get cleaned till you check out. Breakfast was good lots of choices Bacon Eggs Benedict Sausage Fresh Fruit Pancakes.

The staff was excellent courteous and professional. Room was very clean. Food was good having bar and restaurant on premise was very convenient. Quite a few guests seemed to enjoy the indoor heated pool.

Doors were too heavy and banged loudly. Didn't like curtain that looked right into front hallway..should have been a wall and there were no windows in the room. Pool was right to the front I thought that was awkward. Hotel front was clean but needs curb appeal..it looked like a truck stop but once inside it was very nice.

Loved how helpful and friendly the staff was to all of us. The room was very spacious and clean, and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and loved the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers.

Would be nice to have had a couple bottles of water in the room. The water pressure was not as strong as I would have liked - I have long hair and it took quite a while to wash and rinse.

The location and convenience of getting to the room. it was very clean, and the comfortable bed and room temp were just right. Also loved the Wi-Fi use and TV. They have a bar lounge that was very good to get some cold beer and wine.

I didn't realize we were able to get breakfast... I wish we had taken advantage of that.

Bed was comfortable. Not a lot of noise outside our room... Could use a fan in the bathroom... Our refrigerator wasn't on. Not happy about that.

This place was great! The staff was super helpful! We were looking for options to get into Philadelphia and they put a package of options for my family. The hotel was beautiful and modern! The pool was right in the lobby-super cool feature. My husband loved the bed. He said it was the most comfortable bed he has slept in. The hot breakfast was delicious too!

The a/c was powerful but extremely loud. Woke us up each time it turned on.

Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed, caring staff

There is a big indoor pool. However, it is in the lobby! Thus, while I was checking in all I heard was splashing water and a kid screaming with joy! I’m sure that child was having a ball, but it is not what everyone else needs to hear. Later that evening another customer told me that child was in the pool all day and yelling for hours! Also the 2 elevators they have are far apart from each other.

the staff was friendly, it was very open and inviting. the rooms were clean and comfortable.

the room was way to hot. we couldn’t get the heat to turn off and the cold air to work. the one curtain that closed was sheer.

Excellent pool and jacuzzi, rooms very clean. Quiet and very comfortable bed. We were allowed to swim well after check out. The food was good from the restaurant
