Comfort Inn & Suites Wyomissing - Reading

The breakfast sucked. The staff was very friendly and helpful! One of the nicest staffs of all the hotels I've been to and I have been to a lot.

Some people that stayed there treated the staff badly and the man on 3rd shift Jim was very polite and patient as a customer was very disrespectful and out of line. Dave M.

Location was very convenient to venue with plenty of food options nearby to get dinner. Bed was very comfortable and staff was friendly.

Breakfast selection was small. And the coffee ran out only 1 hr into breakfast hours and there didn't seem to be anyone around to refill. Breakfast selection included waffle and eggs, toast and either cheerios or fruit loop cereal.

Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Lots of USB ports.

Breakfast was ordinary and poorly stocked. Both coffee and eggs were empty when we arrived. We stayed in room 103. We had hoped to sleep in a bit but the maids made a great deal of noise getting out their supplies and talking loudly.

Good location fir what I needed it fir. I was getting married and needed to have a night stay away from my fiancé fir the night. My granddaughter came with me and she had a ball staying with me. Lol

Not much was a nice place. Staff was very welcoming especially when I told them why I was there and for the 2 nights I needed. Congratulated me on everything just had wished that being a Booking.com member I could’ve gotten a better deal on the stay.

It was very quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly. They changed my room upon request because I wasn’t happy with the first room.

They didn’t serve much of a breakfast. It was very limited with just water, grab and heat up Sandwiches and packages of little bites coffee and tea. They could’ve done much better with breakfast.

The room was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The linens were terrific.

The desk person was pleasant but seemed untrained and needed to call someone to process our reservation. The breakfast was very minimal and lacking.

Comfy bed and pillows. Location was great for our events. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Had a nice shower, but the floor of it is very slippery. They only have scrambled eggs as a hot food. Was expecting more of a variety.

Special rates for medical personal with early check in. But you must book directly with hotel to receive the rate. I didn't know.

I leave for work very early...0430. Would have been nice for the coffee to have been available.

The bed was so comfortable. I am buying a cushion mattress pad as soon as I get home. The outlets work. lights are bright enough. Everything worked. The shower was huge. Very pleasant comfortable stay.

The hall was dark.
