I love how the staff is always accommodating everyone to their fullest ability. They help you with whatever you need help with. They are kind, friendly and make you laugh if you come in having a bad day. The room is a good size as well. Breakfast is good for grab and go it would be better if there was hot breakfast too but it's okay I understand why there can't be any hot breakfast yet.

Not much that I didn't like really. It doesn't have anything to do with the staff or the hotel it's mainly.got to do with other guests that I didn't like. And my bed kind of hurts my back. But that's not in the control of the staff really.

The staff was perfect in every way! We accidentally spilled a little oil lamp oil in our vehicle. The front desk clerk/Manager upon hearing of our troubles loaned us everything he could have (paper towels, room freshener etc) to elevate the oil smell. I admire anyone that goes above and beyond their job duties. Also 2 ladies gave us the best places to go to eat and where to see The Amish and their shops and they were spot on!

I didn’t find myself not liking anything.

When I checked in it was a Young Ladies first day I believe and she was great. When I came in from my function that evening she seen I was struggling for I'm handicapped. She offered me to go to the 3rd floor pack My things for me and move my 1st floor and closer to everything!! I sat in the lobby until I could move and Bless her she left a note for morning shift. I believe his name was Adam and he helped me pack Up and moved me. THE cleaning crew was very polite and friendly. One of the ladies even ran and got me 2 muffins science I missed breakfast. I highly recommend your hotel.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING AND THEN SOME!!

For my purpose it is centrally located and very convenient. It is a pleasure to find a clean, comfortable, well-priced hotel. I will be using this location as a "home office" when traveling in Pennsylvania/Maryland The coffee was great and available anytime!! And a free breakfast can never be overlooked!

The shower curtains need to be wider as they slide on the bar and allow water to spill onto the floor, or I'm just an "aggressive showerer" Need to have iron boards in room

One of the staff afroamerican male he was unprofessional, he was not like help or answer the question or help for check in or help with the online reservation , guys you need to talk the third party website for reservations, the charge triple on everything, the send error on they pages to we keep trying to get reservations for the hotel room tha is a rob I been call them from this 2nd of May trying to talk to costumer services to put the claim but not luck but I report them with my bank to dispute they charged , they charge me over $3,000 dollars

Jack and Courtney were very friendly and welcoming and made my stay significantly better, resolving the issues I had and taking genuine interest in our day. The location was also great, surrounded by restaurants and close enough to Santander Arena. While dated the room was also very clean.

There was an issue with the bathroom toilet not flushing, but the staff got it resolved quickly! Furniture and decor are definitely dated, but for the price that’s not an issue for me at all.

Good room, looked very neat and great value for money. Beds were well arranged and great to stay. Staff were friendly, nice and calm, and it was good experience for us.

Felt the breakfast options could have been more improved for us. Also, nearby room smelled of cigar, and considering the statement that smoking wasn't allowed, that might have been taken care of.

The gentleman that checked us in at 3:30 on 8/6 was exceptional. He was overwhelmed, but friendly and professional. I’d stay at this chain each time for this type of service.

The gentleman that handled check-out at roughly 12:30 AM 8/7 was very strange. I asked him if it’s okay that we misplaced a key and he told us “Not really, but okay”. He had very little to say. Didn’t thank us for the stay. Took several minutes to greet me while I waited to check out.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and this place is close to so many restaurants.

The on the go breakfast, 1st coffee machine, didn't work, so no coffee, the juice didn't work the fruit cups were cold along with the milk but the damn thing was locked. Only a Walmart brand protein bar 🤮 just put working coffee and juice out if you're gonna be cheap

Plenty of coffee and hot water for tea and the fixings. Breakfast was a brown bag with apple, blueberry muffin, blueberry granola bar, and bottle of water. No fruit juice or milk. Everything was clean, neatly organized, and workers there were very helpful with anything they possibly could do.

The telephone in the room was not working properly. However I did have the phone number to the front desk. Front desk personnel needs a list of restaurants and activities within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. This is a clean, quiet star of a hotel with friendly and helpful employees that welcomes individuals to families.
