Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia South at The Navy Yard

The property was immaculate. It was a very convenient location and had all of the amenities I needed. I became sick during my stay and was unable to leave as scheduled. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of by extending my stay by one day undisturbed. Unable to leave my room, I had deliveries made to the hotel to make my stay more comfortable (medication and food). The staff made sure to deliver my orders to my room since I was unable to leave. All health precautions were taken by all. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Philly.

The Bistro. The simple fact that they think it's ok to invade my privacy and step on my civil liberties as an American and human is unacceptable. This is the ONLY reason I didn't give a 10. The Bistro thinks they have the right to check a person vaccination status in order to eat in the Bistro or not. To be treated like a second class citizen is unacceptable. What I choose to put in my body is my choice and my choice alone. I will NOT be pushed or BULLIED into doing something to calm someone else's fear. The food was ok at best and WAY to expensive. $36 for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 Pepsi is crazy.

This was our second time staying here. We wanted to spend a few days in Philly and see a basketball game, so we chose this hotel based on location, cost, and because we stayed here for a wedding before and really enjoyed it. It is clean, it feels like a higher end hotel, the staff are friendly, the rooms are beautiful, and we think the price is reasonable. We made a mistake with our booking and didn't realize it until we got there. The front desk agent (he could use a bit of work on being more personable and not so scripted), he was able to get a manager to fix our issue for us with no extra fees which we really appreciated and is the reason we would absolutely come back again for our next trip to Philly.

Sometimes the front desk staff seem too scripted and not as personable... but they are professional and that is the most important.

We were there for a concert at the Wells Fargo Center which I could see from our window, so proximity was good. Clean and spacious room. Beds were comfortable.

Had to pay for parking which is ridiculous since the room wasn’t cheap. Most hotels offer free breakfast , this one did not. They had a restaurant downstairs which was good but you could only get certain things at certain times, pretty inconvenient. Not a lot around the area .

Very clean hotel, elevator can only be accessed by a key which is a plus!! Very close distance to all the stadiums and casino!!

Mini fridge in room didn’t work, staff offered new room but we didn’t wanna switch for one night so we made due with the ice from the ice machine… more of an attention thing being my girlfriend has type one diabetes and needed to keep insulin cold(OTHERWISE THE PROPERTY IS PERFECT)!!!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very knowledgeable about the area and how to get to and from the stadium, which was the destination for our concert and the reason we chose the hotel.

It would have been nice to get complimentary breakfast, but it was helpful to have a Starbucks in the lobby to meet our breakfast needs. Also, my pull-out sofa was not the most comfortable but was sufficient.

This hotel is a really nice spot if you are trying to attend a concert, sporting event, etc. in Philadelphia. The location was great, the rooms are updated and clean, and I really liked having a bar/restaurant on-site.

We had a little problem with checking out, but it may have been due to the person at the front desk. They kept asking guests to swipe each payment method through the credit card machine, which causes duplicate charges, but the manager did step in to fix the error.

The staff at the restaurant both for dinner Friday night and the breakfast Saturday morning was fantastic! Very friendly and accommodating! Food at the restaurant was well priced and good. The room was clean and comfortable and I am very picky. Great location if going to the arena. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was good!

Clean. Friendly. Updated. Bistro on site,has great food. Safe in room. Coffee pot in room. Shampoo. Conditioner. Body wash dispensers in shower. Great all natural bath products!Convenient to everything. Plenty of parking. Very secure. In a very cool location. Lots of stuff in the Navy Yard. The hotel is actually in the Navy Yard. They have a nook by check in. Were you can get drinks and snacks. Even beer,and some meds etc..One of the most friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Very nice hotel! Might be a little bit more pricey than others. But you get what you pay for. In my opinion it is worth every dollar!

No microwave in the room. But they have one in the lobby. $20 a night for parking. But the lot is secure. No hairdryer either. My daughter was looking for one.

It's the perfect place to stay if you are planning to go to the stadium. Room was nice and clean.

They charged the room on the card at the check in even if we asked to pay cash at check out. The lady at the desk said she would have refund it but it wasn't possible indeed. We also had to ask to make the bed for the kids cause it wasn't ready even if we booked a room for four.
