Aloft Philadelphia Airport

Coming in we were greeted by the receptionist. Was very quick and efficient. Everything was in order and clean. Came to the room and was in great shape. Staff was very polite we have greeted them if they were around and they greeted us back. There was always someone at the front desk to answer questions for me. The little convivence store is great because we didn't have to leave the hotel to grab snacks. Overall great place and definitely will book again when we are in Philly. This was the quietest sleep my partner and I got in a hotel since we have been going to Philly often. So kudos on that!

The ONLYYYYY thing was the lobby seemed pretty hot. Other than that, nothing whatsoever.

i appreciated the games they had in the lobby for the children to play with. The location was great and parking was easy.

Because we were traveling with young children I specifically requested for all three of our rooms to be close. They couldn’t have been more far apart if we were in different hotels. My daughters room was on the second floor my sons room and my room we’re on the third floor but on complete opposite ends of the hotel. There was a small amount of trash in the bathroom trash can and one of the bath towels was flung over the towel bar as if it was used. Lastly I ordered a glass of wine at the downstairs bar and it was a very small pour in an oversized plastic cup. Blah!

The overall was wonderful

There was no microwave in the rooms only in the lobby area. Parking was had to find in the evening hours.The refrigerator didn't work and there was no hot or warm water in the shower. Other than those small matters everything else was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quite for the most part.When I address those small matters to them they took care of me in which I greatly appreciated. They were highly professional and I would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Love the location and pet friendly aspect and no extra charge for our dog ! Your hotel is unique for this service and we appreciate it! Staff are friendly and efficient. On our last two visits, staff was very helpful in accommodating our request for a specific room which makes our stay even better !

We stay here regularly when we visit Philly. Only one time our room was not as clean as normal but it seemed to be a fluke.

I didn't get to use the pool... Tried to access it about 7 p.m and it was locked. Also there was no cooked food on the property so we had to order in our dinner 😔

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Everything clean. No issues. Was off property most of the time due to reason for being at hotel, but have no complaints.

Getting in and out of the parking lot. System was not working properly which caused people waiting in their cars to get out of or in the property.

Room was clean, ready on time, staff was friendly.

Second shower could not regulate water below super hot. The parking situation is horrible at this location. Second day after check-out I could not get out the gate, went back inside and was told to use call button, that went to voicemail and was stuck at gate second time. Luckily some maintenance personal happened today be close and were able to let me out. Took aprox 15 minutes to get out of lot.

Location was easy to find and navigate thru parking lot. The employees were very nice, kind and helpful! The room was Excellent! Very clean! Wonderful room layout! Didn't hear the airport at all nor traffic, and our room was directly that direction of it all.

The pool was not available.

Great Location from the airport. Really nice spot to stay if you have an early flight.

The room entry doors have an automatic shut mechanism. Anytime someone leaves their room or enters sounds like someone slamming the door very hard.

property was close to the airport and to a main thoroughfare. property have a very modern look and very trendy. check-in attendant Jasmine was awesome.

plumbing wasn’t working too well and had to make several calls before attention was given to problem. telephone was inoperable in my room as well.
