The room was read when we arrived and the property was very clean.

The breakfast was not very good. The machine when down that activated the room cards and once the problem was fixed the person whom I believe was the Manager only apologized to the Caucasian guest. if not for this incident I would have recommended this property.

the pool was closed due to a maintenance issue. the pool was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

Friendliest staff. Nice clean rooms and easy peasy breakfast. Location is easy to get to and a 7 -11 close by for large iced coffees.

The pool was out of order for more than a month prior to our booking . BOOKING.COM didn't update that fact. The hotel notified booking.com but the site didn't update their listing. Called Booking.com twice to try to change hotels when we got there but both times the women I talked to mysteriously hung up on me when I told them about the lack of a pool. I chose the hotel solely on the fact it had a pool and was disappointed.

I give Homewood Suites University City credit for the services and comfort that was provided especially during COVID-19 pandemic. The facility nice, quiet and clean, staff professional and courteous. Breakfast, offered packaged was a bagel yogurt, cereal, fruit (apples, oranges and bananas), of course coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

The full kitchen is always a bonus it helps me save money. I can go a block to the market to go shopping. It’s a very convenient location. I also love the two separate areas. One person can be in the room watching tv and the other in the living room area. Let’s not forget the elevator security. You need a key card to get to the floors and that makes me feel secure given how crazy the world is right now.

I wish the pool and the gym were open.

Very welcoming entrance. Well lit and clean. The valet attendant was so friendly. Next, the lobby was nicer than I expected. The 2 ladies at the front desk had amazing customer service. Even the 2 ladies doing housekeeping were so friendly. I wish I knew their names so they could be properly recognized for great service. Also, the staff that prepared the breakfast did a great job of keeping the food stocked and ready to be served. They were also very friendly. I have never been to a place where people were so nice and kind.

All good, except that in some nights we could hear guests upstairs (and their kids) being loud and running around in their room past midnight until 2-3am.

Reception staff was amazing However holding $250 is ridiculous. I have stayed for 8 years Excellent record.... During these times with finances tough I feel it outrageous. Base on someone’s record.... I am on unemployment so stressful

Big size and nice location for those who are in town for U-penn interviews and business

Inside the hotel it smells a lot like cannabis.. even though it clearly says everywhere that it’s smoking free hotel!

The place was immaculate. Clean, spacious and well put together. I'm from NYC and this definitely rivals some of their hotels.

I had a bit of a scare during my stay. The rooms were perfect. But I was instructed by the park by the hotel door and I left my car with the key over night To find in the morning that the morning valley guy called and was so close to calling s tow company and towing my car. The hotel fixed this situation asap. I'm glad.
