Room was modern and spacious. Location was central. Wawa in the building.

We had to sign a “No parties or Guests” clause as well as agreeing to serious quiet hours. Friday night a dog 3 rooms away was left unattended and barked for 3 hours straight. A party went on all night as well as a couple having sex from 3-5. We also recorded a conversation happening in the next room as if we were sitting right there. How? The acoustics in this place are awful; the sound travels everywhere! There are pipes and ducts so that you can hear whatever is going on in rooms above or adjacent to.

Very Clean and great location. The rooms are spacious. Very comfortable sitting area. Big screen TV with a lot of movie channels.

The fire alarms "test" woke up the guests by 4am. We all hurriedly gathered at the reception only to discover that it was a test. This repeated in two other days.

The staff at the reception was very efficient and welcoming. The room was spacious with high ceilings, over 4 meters above the bed. The room had big refrigerator with complementary water. It had also a nescafe machine and complimentary coffe . Super!

I got a lot of text messages before my arrival. I understand if some need to be sent but there were too many reminders.

Very nice floorplan. Climate control also excellent, nice historic building. There was enough basic amenities like detergent and coffee, extra bedding to make a few days' stay comfortable and convenient. The bed was the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. Location-wise the Ledger is amazing. You sit between two large, clean parks, lots of great food in any direction. Nightlife 5 blocks in any direction.

My only small complaint would be the sound leaking from the hallway. While the door shut and was secured, there was definitely some gaps around the frame where hallway noise seemed to just enter the room. Not enough to disturb sleep but enough to have to turn the TV up... Which probably leaked outside into the hallway in return...

It is such an amazing location with a cool history. I was extremely happy that we could just walk out the door and start being tourists. It is steps from Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Tour busses stop right next door. The guy at the reception desk (I forgot to get his name) was so incredibly helpful and nice. The rooms have a great "vibe." I would 10/10 stay again!

The only thing that annoyed me was the parking situation. I wish there was some sort of discount at the parking garage for people staying at the Ledger, since there is not parking on site. The first parking garage we tried reserving was booked for the dates we stayed, so we had to reserve a spot in a parking garage farther away. It was difficult hauling our suitcases down the streets.

The room was great and comfortable. It worked out well to have some extra space since the air quality from the CAN wildfires was super bad when we were there, so we were able to hang out inside. It was basically like a small apartment with everything we needed. I worked from the desk with a nice view of the park. The location was also fantastic. We could easily walk to a lot of places, great restaurants and sites, or quickly get to the train. The gym onsite had all the basics, including a water refill station.

Would be great to have a water refill station in the lobby, instead of having to go down to the gym, since only 2 small bottles of water are provided in the fridge. Some of the towels in the room looked a little worse for wear - stains and wearing thin.

Perfect for history buffs and people travelling by Greyhound.

After pre-payment on Booking.com, they send an e-mail requiring an on-line rental agreement including an onerous contract. The web app is buggy. There are several steps including taking a selfie and a picture of your id, signing a waiver relinquishing all rights in perpetuity. If you don't get to the end, you have to start all over. I wasted an hour of my vacation. Tip: blow them off until you gef there. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and served us coffee while I jumped through the hoops. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Location was super convenient as everything was within a walking distance. Wawa at the bottom floor was a surprise amenity for the morning. Cost was exceptional for location and quality of the flat. Thoroughly surprised on meeting an short-weekend stay by being close to tourist locations, metro, and restaurants.

Biggest issues were outside street noise and bed comfort. Road noise was loud at all hours of the night and hindered any effective sleep from the corner rooms we were in. On top of that, hourly Independence Hall bell wasn't helpful either. Bed comfort could be improved with a better frame as it felt on several occasions I was going to fall through when moving while lying on it.
