Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Waynesboro

We were in town for a wedding and location was great and next door to Walmart so we could grab incidentals that we needed easily. Breakfast in the morning was very adequate and good coffee but they could use a little more seating in that area. We even had a drink at the bar that evening which was a surprise added bonus. The swimming pool looked nice. They also had a small section in the hotel that had toiletries, snacks, sodas, even frozen dinners to microwave if you wanted something to eat and didn’t want to go out! The room was clean and the beds comfy but the best thing was the water pressure in the shower was like a amazing!

My only complaint that the doorway to the back room was left open behind the desk and bar area in plain view and it wasn’t exactly neat and tidy something that the public should see. The hotel room was clean but the stairwell leading to the 2nd floor was in need of a vacuum job and had a bad odor. Overall we were pleasantly pleased with our stay and the amenities.

The hotel is quiet and tucked away but close to a main road. There is a walmart a stones throw away, as well as several restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a TV in one of our rooms and it was taken care of promptly. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great. We enjoyed our stay. It was a great place for the price.

The indoor pool was cold so we weren't able to swim. The breakfast was decent, but we expected a bit more quality based on the reviews. There is not a dedicated breakfast person, so you must rely on the person at the front desk if things run low or there is an issue. There is no elevator.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. Overall, the room met our expectations for the stay in Waynesboro, PA.

There was not an elevator in the hotel. My 88 year old Mother in Law was forced to climb the stairs to get to her room on the second floor. Recommend posting that issue on the hotel's page to make others aware of the lack of elevator.

So so quiet. Also I arrived 2 hours before checkin and Jamie was able to accommodate me and check me in.

I stayed for 2 nights. This has to be the quietest hotel I can remember ever staying at. No internal noise from guest in the halls or doors slamming shut. There was a couple with several young children on the floor and aside from seeing them entering or leaving I'd never know they were here. Complimentary breakfast was ok. The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable. TV and WIFI was easy to control and access. The parking lot was only on the front side of the building. I was on the 2nd floor on the side without the parking lot and the roadway so that added to it being so quiet. My room faced a huge corn field do there was no noise from adjacent business.

It was clean, very cozy, felt like at home immediately. The view from the window overlooking a corn field and a house on the horizon was just perfect especially at the sunset. I don't think there is any other hotels in the area, at least I didn't see one. This is in a very peaceful setting but not far from big shopping mall.

Really it was nothing not to like. Pool is small but then the hotel is small too, so one can't expect a huge pool.

Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. The overall appearance is comfort.

The room smelled a little funky, I think the carpet needed to be cleaned. The beds were a little soft, but we prefer hard mattresses. The pool was closed.

Fairly new building and everything was clean. Located in a nice country setting, yet within walking distance to Applebee’s and Walmart. Nice having a jacuzzi in the room. Comfortable king size bed. Liked that it was a close walk to our room from the parking lot. Easy check in and out.

Could hear footsteps from the room above us.

We stay here regularly. Because we know it is always clean and well maintained. The staff is polite and helpful. I expect to continue to come here on our trips to see family in the north east. Love that it is in the middle of a corn field.

The bathroom door was hard to close. it hangs on the jamb.

Overall it was a good stay, however unless requested, no services are performed on the room during the stay.
