Over the summer of 2021 we have traveled to and from Pennsylvania to Virginia several times, the hotels were always disappointing no matter how much we paid. The Red Roof Inn in Chambersburg was the one wonderful exception. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable and everything worked as promised while the staff was courteous, knowledgeable and kind. We were so impressed that we immediately booked our return stay.

Very clean and comfortable. We stayed at a couple different hotels while we were in Pennsylvania and we were definitely pleased with yours
The floor had an uneven board under the carpet by the bed. I got up in the middle of the night and fell when my foot hit that dip and fell into the chair nearby. I would say someone should be looking into that before someone gets hurt worse than I did and creates a bigger issue for your establishment. Thank you for listening and asking for feedback

The flooring was terrible. There was a leak under the sink. The gfi in the bathroom was bad as were 2 bulbs in the light.

The location is really easy to find and around a lot (restaurants, gas stations, grocery, ect)... the staff were friendly and made sure I had an easy room to get to (I have leg/walking trouble) and the room was very clean, comfortable and had everything you'd need (microwave, fridge, desk, ect.) Would recommend 👌
