Very new hotel and very updated and clean. Nice rooms though the two bed suite is a bit small. Nice new bathrooms with pump hand soap, lotion and shampoo , conditioner and body gel. There's even free makeup remover towelettes. They have relatively new TV models. You have to request housekeeping before 10 AM if you need that service. Overall the plush carpet in the hallways and the lobby fitness center and just the whole building makes you feel like you are in a luxury hotel and that you paid a lot more than you really did for the stay. Would highly recommend.

It was a great hotel! we were there for 4 nights along w a large group from my work. Rooms were large and comfy, breakfast was hot & fresh and the hotel was at or near capacity every night. Staff was BEYOND friendly, welcoming, & knowledgeable! Good safe parking. Hotel was CLEAN after an initial situation was corrected. Hotel was in great location near coffee, McD’s, many fav restaurants and local ones. Also a very nice Kroger store. My company warehouse is located in Blythewood and this will be my GO TO when going back for work! The 2 night workers are absolute GEMS! Don’t let them go! BOTH gentlemen went above and beyond every evening to help us out! Absolutely a home away from home!

Great location, comfortable beds. Plenty of room for people to sit and visit. Close to shopping. complimentary water, registration staff friendly, answered any questions, was very helpful. Big rooms.

Terrible smell almost like a sewage backup-hopefully it is fixed by now. The cleaning solution they used had a strong smell through out the hotel, gave terrible headaches. I believe it was Fabuloso cleaner. I don't know if they were trying to cover up the other smell. Parking can be a chore, had to drive around for quite a bit after returning to find a spot to park.

AThe staff were A+ in their delivery of customer service. Camieelle and Tanz were very professional, prompt and efficient in rectifying a problem that I encountered with my Booking.com reservation. When making my reservation I selected to reserve a handicapped accessible suite with a sleep sofa. Upon getting to the room it was handicapped accessible, but did not include a sleep sofa, and was not a suite. Upon calling the front desk I was told that there was nothing in the reservation as I noted requesting a suite with a sleep sofa. In spite of the error the ladies checked to see if a suite was available, and found that there were no suites available that evening. They informed me that I could check back the next day, and if one became available they would move my group to the suite. The next day one became available and we were moved. The professionalism of these ladies in conflict resolution was exempliary and they are an asset to the hotel. The food was very good and the lady over the dining area was very courteous and professional. I definitely recommend the hotel to anyone. Cynthia

There was nothing that I did not like.

The breakfast was okay if bacon could be added that would be good addition to the menu. I love the space in the shower. The evening staff was exceptional wonderful I can’t remember their name but it was younger dark skinned young lady with braids and a young gentleman light skinned, bald head, full beard and glasses. With employees like them it will definitely make customers return to your location.

Add bacon to the breakfast menu.

Located close to where I wanted to be. Very new and clean. Staff treated me very good. The room was clean spacious had everything I needed… the bed was comfortable

The breakfast was very good with different options each day. I liked that the beds were comfortable.

The first room we went to was dirty with hair on the desk, dresser and in the bed. We asked for a different room and was given a new clean room with no problem.

The room was perfect! This hotel was beyond peaceful unlike many I've stayed at before. I always nook with Hampton and will continue to do so going forward.

Everything was great, just had a really dirty mirror In my room. Also around 930am I was trying to rest and house keeping went to several rooms to clean, and allowed multiple doors to slam on my floor. I had no other choice but to pack up and check out early.

The whole place still seems new, very nice. Soft beds, plenty of pillows. Hot water but low pressure. The roll around square seats were great. Barn door on bathroom. Really nice room.

Breakfast is horrible. We tried watery eggs and dry turkey sausage. A line for the one Waffle maker. The cereal had nothing sweet, cheerios, flakes and raisen bran. Only fruit was green bananas. We split a bagel and had some juice.

Newer property, very friendly staff, close to the car dealership our car was at.

Only the booking.com piece, where we, once again, had a situation of our reservation didn’t show up in their system. We waited about 20-30 minutes and it finally showed up.
