Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The cafe in the hotel, we were told by front desk, was only open Fri- Sun. Went Friday morn, food was great. Upon leaving, we asked cashier what time they open Saturday morn, they said 7am, we went back for breakfast at 7:15, the door was locked. We told the cashier we wished they had been open earlier in the week - he said they had been, and we told him the front desk told us they were not. There seems to be some miscommunication.

The staff, awesome and personable. They leave you alone unless you need something while anticipating your needs. Every staff member I encountered was so very kind and went above and beyond when we had a need or question. I see why they have many regulars and repeat customers. The room, comfortable and clean. No pests and everything I looked behind, under and moved was void of anything but cleanliness. I have stayed in higher priced properties that were disgusting, so kudos to your team! The location, awesome! Oceanfront and walking distance to the pier, Skywheel, restaurants, and shopping. The amenities, surprising! This small resort has 2 hot tubs, 1 heated outdoor pool, 1 heated indoor pool and 1 kids pool. Washer/dryers and ice machines on several floors.
This property is dated, but our room was clean and comfortable. I would like to see some capitol investment in this property, I would pay a higher price to ensure you garner an ameanable RoI as the location is to die for! I wish the parking was more accommodating, but I also understand the prime real estate circumstances. The shower head (point blank) sucked and leaked but there was always plenty of hot water available. I am sure they would have sent someone to fix the leak had we reported it. I also did not care for trash and dirty linen just being left in the halls by guests, that is just weird and unsanitary.

WE absolutely loved the ocean view. We were kept well supplied with towels and facecloths. Garbage was picked up as soon as possible. The kitchen was a nice bonus. We spend a lot of time on the beach and loved it. We were lucky. the weather was great. The parking lots worked out great. We have no complains and would definitely come back.

The location is ideal, it's close to a lot of activities. I like that they have a full kitchen and an several indoor pools. I received fresh towels everyday at my door and the employees are super nice.
The beds aren't true queens and they are uncomfortable. They are hard. One never eaten at the Cafe because I've been able to catch it when it was open. It's supposed to be open for breakfast and lunch but was closed each time I went around 11am.
