The breakfast was great! Loved the location as well!!

I like this property it was clean and less busy like the other hotels, very comfortable king bed and ocean view , perfect decor , flat screen tv, pretty color combination, cute kitchenette and loveseat, small bathroom , everything was perfect.

the only thing I had an issue with was one of the front desk ladies, she was a bit rude but the rest were very welcoming. and the refrigerator took a while to get cold but maybe because nobody used that room for a while or it was just empty for a while though it was clean and the freezer was already extremely cold.

The room was awesome! Booked the Deluxe Suite, Multiple Beds (two king size beds, full kitchen, two full garden tub baths). Nice size room for a family. didn't use the outside pool area so no opinion

in the bathrooms there was mildew around the tub/shower area. Also the tub is so deep you almost have to leap to get into it. Maybe a step stool or a step would help with getting in and out the tub. Pool area was ok. Hot tub didn't look clean. ( not sure how often they clean it)

The room was super clean! The staff was amazing and friendly. The location was right on the beach. We could not ask for better especially with the price!

For parking you had to walk a little ways, and hope they had available spots, but other than that everything was great!

The staff was amazing. We arrived late and was only staying for one night. Got checked in and went to the room to see it wasn’t what we booked on Booking.com. Went down stairs and Dominic was awesome. He was apologetic and friendly. Apparently Booking.com has the incorrect pictures online but he took care of it and gave us the room it showed. Walked us to our room and waited for us to check it. The guard (sorry didn’t catch his name) was also super friendly and had asked us if everything was okay.

No coffee unless we made it in the room (not a fan of using coffee pots in rooms) Could have been a little cleaner. The corners were a little nasty. Beds, tub and toilet was cleaned so we were okay for the one night. Our sink didn’t drain well in the bathroom but again it was just one night.

The area was very close to the places I needed to go to staff was very nice and helpful 😊

I wished the restaurant lounge was opened...I cook back here at home and I was just wondering 🤔 bout things...I wished the hotel had a outside spot so we could've had cocktails like so other places we looked at

I liked the area that it was located in! Easy access, you anywhere you want to go, as well as the access to the beach it was right there!

I have nothing negative to say about the property.

Absolutely Loved the room, the size and layout was amazing for the price. The location was great. And we felt very safe, and we didn’t hear any noise from the other tenants.

Check it took 3hrs. It was extremely hot outside and standing in the heat for that long, and me being disabled, it was extremely hard for me. Also, we had a very hard time with our room keys. One minute they would work and then the next time they wouldn’t.

The room location was beautiful (oceanfront) it was clean and spacious. Extremely comfortable beds. All appliances worked, no complaints. Will be staying again soon!

Maybe offering breakfast, even cereal and milk, fresh fruits, something would have been nice.

It was pretty close to the water. It was very affordable and just a heads up there is a $100 deposit. The room had a full kitchen.

The sink water comes out a different color than the water in the shower and kitchen sink. I found that to be disturbing. I used the kitchen sink to brush my teeth because of this. It almost seemed dirty. Another thing I disliked is the hotel phone was busy. You cannot get a representative on the phone there. So if you are running late just arrive whenever because you will not be able to get in contact with the staff. And last issue the room I had provided a full kitchen but there were no pots and pans or utensils. I suggest bring your own or stop a local Walmart they have cheap pots and pans under $20 bucks. I am thinking this may have been a issue due to Covid.
