300 Tenth

The location was in the middle of everything. I am handicapped and I had another hotel cancel my reservation without me knowing. 300 tenth was able to book me last minute. It was not a handicapped room but the stairs was very short and easy to get up. By far the most cleanest hotel that I have ever been in and very quiet. Everything is virtual and extremely easy. I have now given up as a loyal Wyndham customer and only want to stay with 300 tenth.

There was not enough ample free parking. Next door charges $10 per day. The door locks are tricky. I would have liked to have had a microwave and mini fridge( it was still well worth it). Beds are comfortable but very squeaky.

The pool was nice and i loved how close it was to the board walk.

The poor communication. Was loud at night. I was put into a extremely bad situation and i made it clear i was alone to whoever i spoke to that i extended my check out because of a late plan ride home. He said yeah we can do that. After i paid is when he told me check out was 1. When i said my flight is at 4 and i do not want to sit outside alone with my items. I was told this “ Hi, yes we can. There will be an additional $45+tax “ then after being charged was told 1. I had to sit outside with my bags which was not ideal.

Great location, walking distance to beach, boardwalk, and a short drive to attractions. It had a fridge and countertop with a coffee maker and microwave. It was nice not to have to check in at front desk and the keyless entry is very convenient.

The room was super clean, but it could use some hooks, a towel bar in the bathroom and a couple of hangers in the closet. Should have a list of available apps and stations for TV. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

it’s very clean & beautiful, the rooms are like little studio apartments, it’s very updated & the environment is extremely fun , it’s right behind the boardwalk so there’s plenty to do & very little driving

parking is very limited , there’s other areas to park within but it’s just kinda a hassle having to park across and then walk to your room

very close to everything but out of the way at the same time. The rooms are very cute !

the only issues we had was the door locking and the mirror in the bathroom fell off while we were laying down.

Very clean hotel in the center of all the fun! Nice outdoor pool with good hours. The rooms were stocked and up to date. Check-in process was a breeze.

The beds were a little stiff but doable. No door pulls on the cabinets make them hard to open. I’m a cabinet guy though, so maybe I’m just being picky.

I liked that me and my other half got to have our own little space to ourselves didn’t hear no loud noise or anything from other guests

How that there was no microwave even in the king sweet and the freezer was nasty but other than that nothing else

location was awesome

Walls are paper thin, can here everything outside like it’s inside. the floors were pretty dirty, definitely not mopped. Roaches crawling on the floors and walls.
