everything was great! breakfast was great!

the room had a weird smell, kind of like a bleach smell but not pleasant at all. it just smacked you in the face when you opened your room door.

Very convenient and close to the Beech, great staff, clean rooms and good breakfast.

There were bugs that had been killed in our room and the guts were left over the walls and not wiped off. Not the property, but for Booking.com you need to update the address to North Myrtle Beech so GPS will take you to the correct location, we ended up 45 minutes south of this location after copying address from Booking.com

I love that it was quite and relaxing. I love that it's in a location where there were a lot of stores and activities to do. Very nice location. very clean inside and out.

Even though I understood the Covid situation, I think the sheets on the bed needed to be changed. there were dirty spots on the sheets and blanket. The room needs a new microwave.

I like the fact we had a issue in room we were assigned to and the staff removed us and put us in another room with no hesitation!!

The first room we had guest didn’t obey rules about no smoking.

Inside was great cleanliness etc no complaints.

The swimming pool was absolutely nasty I watched a grown woman stand up and pee in it the water dirty dark we confronted the lady was on duty her replie was he said he cleaned that this morning . The tables outside the breakfast area was nasty they finally cleaned the cigarette busses off of them but no wiping the table . Your out side needed a lot of attention either no one is following up or they don't Care. Inside was great I would stay there again but wouldn't expect to use pool etc.

Proximity to everything was amazing. Just a few short minutes in the car and you were at a store or restaurant or shop. Great location to the surrounding areas!

Some fixtures are outdated and could use a refresh. The bathroom in my particular room could use an upgrade. The tub is too small for a bigger guy, like myself, so I had a tough time being able to comfortably take a shower. Taking a bath was not even an option!

Room was very nice, staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Location in a good area.

Breakfast bar could use some dairy ( milk , yogurt, ect) on ice to make it feel better. Pastries are a little to heavy and sugary for people like myself who have medical conditions.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok, not great. The hotel in general appeared to be very clean. Quiet location.

We were assigned a HCP accessible room even though we did not request one. The bathroom door would stick to the door jamb and was hard to close. A lamp switch was broken so that lamp was not operable. The room was cool enough with the AC running but it also had a damp feel about it - the floor was actually kind of slippery from the dampness. The bathroom exhaust fan was not adequate, which seems to be a problem in most places we stay.

I noticed that the staff was amazing and extremely friendly. Very helpful and professional. The staff is what made the stay memorable. We had to find a place at the last minute so in all honesty normally we would be staying at North Beach plantation which is a completely different experience. But your staff and the cleanliness of your hotel was wonderful. Thank you
