Barefoot Resort Golf & Yacht Club Villas

The location of the entire property is excellent in relation to family friendly activities. The pool area for the Villas was amazing! The villa itself had a great view of the waterway and a huge bathroom (always an underrated feature). The privacy and security also felt a notch above the average hotel experience.

When we arrived at the villa, the walk-in closet had a broken hinge which prevented the closet door from closing properly. I noticed that the door to the villa itself did not lock behind me unless pulled with more force than expected. Not a deal breaker, but that is a concern for overall security!

Veiw, ask specific about hot tub was told yes before booking and no on arival

Paid cash for dep.was supose to get back at ck out ,then find out no have to wait 4 to 6 weeks . Six weeks is up still no refund yet .

Great room for a family of 6.

Upon arrival we weren't able to check-in @ 4 because our room wasn't ready, it was supposedly still being cleaned. On entry the tubs were still dirty, some of the dishes still had food on them and tables needed to be wiped off but if you're anything like me then I always take my own cleaning supplies. One of the twin beds in the second bedroom was leaning sideways so I had to fix that myself. If staying here I suggest being something to wipe down after the housekeepers, bring your own dish liquid/dish cloth.

check in was a hassle. Staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. instructions were a bit confusing also.

Location was beautiful, quiet,the neighbors were very friendly we met 2 ladies upon arrival. On was the upstairs neighbor and the other was the next door neighbor. Thank you ladies.

I thought we were in walking distance of things but we weren't. We used uber and met a lot of super sweet drivers learned some great information about the area. It was very nice

We stayed in the four bedroom villa and wow is it huge! Nice kitchen and living room, very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Three of the rooms have their own patio which allow you to walk to the pool and Marina. Good location with an easy Uber ride to Barefoot landing. The shuttle service that takes you to the beach is easy and prompt. Plenty of towels, and rooms were mostly clean.

There was some mold in the master bedroom shower which seemed a little unclean but nothing major. The pool is only open until 6pm. Confusing check-in process, there are a bunch of barefoot resort villas with no real indication of which building you go to for check in.

I love the property great location …. I prefer to stay on the towers but where I stayed at arbor cove , the furniture definitely needs an upgrade … lamps were broken no light bulbs on a couple of the or lamp shades

I didn’t like the furniture…. the room smelled as if they had been closed up for a min. the curtains in the living room had mold on the bottom

The size of the rooms was great. The location was wonderful. The area was beautiful ,the grounds are beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The condo was clean and smelled great. The price was excellent for 5 days.

The washer & Dryer was broken. Walls needed painting, but that wasn't a deal breaker. I am one that looks at walls and trim. The sofa needed replacing. I think the main bathroom shower looked like a little mold around the shower head. I just used the shower in the master bedroom. Refrigerator was old, but it was cleaned. The front door lock was hard to lock. Every time we left it took 7 to 10 minutes to get it to lock, same thing when we came back in.

Almost everything

Our privacy was invaded. The staff which was very nice that works the front room, gave people the code to our villa twice. The people been in The fridge and even in the Master bedroom while me and my husband was out for lunch. When we came back, we where locked out and the code was changed.

I liked how the apartment was clean and fully furnished and equipment with everything you could think of that you have at your own home.

I didn’t like the fact that the WiFi didn’t work and the telephone didn’t work. I had my grandma with me and she couldn’t call me if anything happened when I left the property.
