Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Orangeburg, an IHG Hotel

The room was very nice and the Dove products was great. The front desk clerk Kim checked us in very quickly. The pool was closed but it was okay because the breakfast was superb. Kitchen staff worker Anita was very courteous. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to friends.

The pool was closed for renovations that’s it.

The hot breakfast served up by hotel staff is a great idea. Not only for social distancing but also keeps the breakfast dining area very neat, clean and organized for all. Thank you! The room we had was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The driveway in to the hotel is confusing, using the Sleep Inn address, however I suppose there is not much you can do about that. Perhaps a sign out on the road would help. The refrigerator in our room needed to be leveled because it was leaking water onto the floor. I did not have anything to shim up the front of it or I would have.

The entire staff were so pleasant and professional!! The staff were accommodating and were able to let us check in early. The bed was so comfortable and the room was nicely appointed. breakfast was solidly good

AC UNIT WAS LOUD BUT IT WORKED…. y’all may want to replace that. you. pups not hear the TV

Convenient, friendly personnel, breakfast was great.

Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. The floor around the commode was spotted and appeared to be dried urine. Tile flooring in bath and entry had a sticky feel. Just needs a little TLC.

The staff was extremely pleasant. Anita in the kitchen was stellar and Kim at the front desk was quick and efficient. Definitely would recommend.

The pool was closed for renovations but that’s okay, will return to see it when it’s opened again.

Very clean room. I enjoyed the extra sitting area outside of the sleeping area of the room (suite). It was separated enough that noise didn't carry too much room-to-room.

There was a strong marijuana smell in our hallway. It could have been a guest room, but seemed to come from an employees only area.

limited variety of food, but what there was tasted good. The staff was particularly friendly. Breakfast room was comfortable.

My husband can't eat sausage and didn't like ingredients in the vegie omelet. But he filled up on cinnamon rolls. :)

The ladies who prepared the breakfast were very friendly and courteous. First time I have seen "real" hot oatmeal on the line, thanks! Room clean as always, Staff polite and helpful.

Didn't have any plastic drinking cups in my room; would like to have had a couple.

the rooms are really big and very clean rooms , thanks to Linda from cleaning team ! ashley in the front desk very kind and professional! breakfast is good also , because of covid we were not allowed to walk through the buffet instead a guy was serving us which is totally cool ! Thanks for this great experience!

I didn't know they were renovating the pool area until I got there that was the whole purpose of my trip made the best of the situation anyway.
