Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, nice and relatively spacious. I loved the little snack shop downstairs that was open 24 hours, plus a complimentary breakfast every morning. Check out was at 11am, which was wonderful compared to a 10am check out.

I didn't like my bed. We had a king sized bed and it was just as uncomfortable as it could get. I don't know if it was lumpy or what, but jt did not sleep good. I also didn't like that you could hear every single thing going on outside. You could hear a pin drop in the hallway. We were woken up every hour by doors slamming and kids running up and down the halls. I also didn't like that it was $8 to wash and dry your clothes. And then your clothes weren't dry, so you had to pay another $4 to restart the dryer.

Everything! The room was clean. It had a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker in the room. Loved the glass sliding doors for the shower and the night light built in to the plug-in in the bathroom. I loved the fact that all the outlets in the room had USB plugs on them and there were outlets everywhere in the room. The feather pillows and blankets were AAAAMAZING! The bed was comfortable. I loved that we could sign in to our own personal Netflix account on the TV and not to mention the fact that there was a welcome message on the TV screen with my name on it when we walked into the room! That was neat! The thermostat was controlled on the wall so that was super nice! And I really liked the pull down shades and the pull down room darkening shade. The breakfast was very good! Had a lot to offer and great selection! I liked that they had an area to get extra supplies at the front desk if you forgot anything. There was also a selection of snacks (even ice cream!) and drinks (including alcohol) for purchase in the area by the front desk! Walmart and a few fast food restaurants were directly across the street so that was another plus to this location as well! The staff were very friendly, nice, and helpful! We will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was great. Hot and various. Dining space was big and sapce. Room and everyplace was very clean, it looms like a brand new place. Indoor pool was okay. Lots of towel and seating area was a plus. Staff was kind and no problem at check in or out.

Wall is too thin. You can hear steps, water down or loud voice from side and above room. Pool size was kind of small. But better than nothing. Bed and pillow were okay but not really comfortable. Location is too far from main hwy but close to Nashville. If you come down from hwy 40 is not recommended but from Nashiville, it would be better. Around area has a mall( walmart ets.) But nothing really see or go.

Im a retired hotel maneger and I found this hotel is very clean and staff is very helpful especially front office and housekeeping department. Breakfast was better than my expectations, buffet was super clean and always well stocked thanks to F&B staff. It was a great place to stay during our road trip from florida to wisconsin. Thanks again to all hotel staff.x

Could not have been happier with the coffee. It was fresh and tasted good. Breakfast had a lot more variety than expected. Room was spotless. So clean, I didn't want to be the person to "mess it up."

When booking a two-night stay, we wish we had been given more towels without having to request more, but that is just being picky wanting a fresh towel every shower. I get normal people can use a towel more than once. That said, fresh towels were brought promptly.

I was in town for my sisters wedding. It was close to the venue & her apartment. Good location with stores across the street for last minute needs. The staff was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful! Room was comfortable and clean. The entire stay was peaceful. Breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast was great. The only thing was the lack of seating. One morning we had to take our food back to the room since there was one place to sit. It was still good and we enjoyed it.

The room price range was all over the place. Some weekends it would be 124.00 a night and then 184.00 at different times. I know we were there over the Labor Day weekend but there should not be a 60.00 dollar difference.

Breakfast was very good. Location in town with few options for staying in was really nice to find your place. Locations near other services was great.

It would have been nice if the trash cans could have been emptied every day or two. Did not need bedding changed or towels replaced, but trash cans got full; we emptied them in the trash can between the elevators.

The staff are so friendly . The general manager treats them all with respect . By doing that he has a loyal and expert team behind him. The rooms were beautifully clean and tidy . And good breakfasts

Nice clean modern facility. Friendly helpful staff. One of the better complimentary breakfasts we have had.

Our room faced the road and we could hear the loud trucks at night. We do live in the country so we are use to peace and quiet.
