Hampton Inn Bellevue/Nashville I-40 West

Breakfast was good, clean eating area.

Employee at front desk in the morning was not very accommodating. We asked to use a meeting room for about 15 minutes and was told we had to sign a paper and agree to pay 100$ or more for that. At the same hotel in a NC location that we stayed at two days before this it was not a problem at all. Here we were told we had to just sit in the dining area with our notary that we were meeting with briefly.

Courtesy Customer service, rooms were really nice and clean, beds were very comfortable, and location was great for going to see Ray Stevens, CabaRay if you are in this area we highly recommend going and see him!

Breakfast was a little weak, I really like staying at Hampton, and one reason is they usually have one really great breakfast bar, but this one needs improvement, I am sure they will make adjustments! Hampton has always been one of our # 1 choices when traveling!

Good breakfast; location was easy to find.

Booked through booking.com. BAD experience. Had already paid for room, but booking.com did not pay you. Wrangled with representative from booking.com for 2 hrs. If not for your agent at counter, would still be wrangling. He was terrific. Rebooked and received a refund from booking.com with his help.

Wifi....Comfortable beds

No maid service. had to go to front desk to ask for towels. No vending machines on the floors. The room rate was different for each night. Sunday was a different rate than Monday and Tuesday was a different rate altogether. I would not stay here again

The breakfast was nice. It was buffet style and we were able to grab why we wanted and head out. The staff was very helpful and kind as they helped us at the counter. It was also very nice to have contactless check in and check out with the app. It was easy to unlock the doors with the app as well.

Everything was really nice. We only stayed one night, so there wasn’t anything bad that really stood out. It would have been nice to have a better coffee pot or more coffee options in the room we stayed in.

Location to Ford Ice Center was perfect. Food choices in area were nice. Our room was very clean and beds comfortable. Short drive to downtown Nashville.

Air conditioning was a bit noisy and bath tub faucet had a steady drip. Nothing major and all else was great.

The beds were comfortable! The water pressure in the shower was good. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen. It was clean. The staff was attentive and kind.

The room felt cramped but the comfort outweighed the smallness by far!

Not enough light in room. Asked for bed to be made up daily. It was only done once during stay. Tub needs new slip guards . Breakfast 🍳 was okay,. Is there a way to cook eggs to order?

the breakfast was ok, the eggs and bacon weren’t good but everything else was tasty!

The breakfast was exceptional. Also, there were signs to remind people of safety measures like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, limiting occupancy on elevator, etc. Because I have not even been outside my own property for a year, I had not thought about how to be safe on a trip in a hotel. Hampton Inn helped.
