Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Cleveland Northwest, an IHG Hotel

Everything was super clean and the public areas were updated nicely. Furniture in the room was a bit the worse for wear...but it was clean! Every staff person we came in contact with was just wonderful, very helpful and pleasant. We didn't use the pool on this trip, but it looked so inviting and well-maintained. We appreciate staying where an outdoor pool is available. We will definitely be back! The breakfast offerings were fantastic! Keep up the great work!

Wasn't thrilled with the view of two parking lots and the back of a restaurant but guess you can't have everything.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Most places don't have a full breakfast bar near the time the bar closes. This location had the bar stocked. Nothing was missing.

The front desk person on the day we checked out was rather short. She either lacked proper people skills or was just having a bad moment. She called our room at 11:04 as we were walking out the hotel door to check out because check out was at 11. Her attitude was not nice in my opinion.

Bed was comfortable! Size of bathroom was decent. In room coffee maker was nice. Love the coffee in the lobby. The breakfast was great. We don't eat pork and LOVED the turkey sausage option. My kids LOVED the automatic pancakes. I like the size of the coffee cups! I liked that they had 2 pillow options. (soft and firm) The breakfast lady was VERY nice! I wish the hotel were 10% cheaper.

I really dislike the carts the bring in your things. They are tiny and have no where to hang things. They aren't the standard carts that 95% of hotels use.

The gentleman working the front desk the night we arrived was extremely pleasant and helpful. He truly set the tone right out of the gate. The young lady working the desk in the morning was fine, but lacked his enthusiasm. I understand that everyone has stuff they are dealing with and would not want her to be chastised for this - just wanted to point out how it made such a difference to have him there on a trip that was particularly stressful for us. Also, the kitchen/breakfast staff were very helpful and enthusiastic.

Breakfast was excellent and your morning breakfast staff was exceptional

My only disappointment was at checkout, booking.com said total should have been 377 for 2 nights, location charged 390…..when asked, I was told to ask booking.com, never had a discrepancy before.

This hotel was beautiful! We were very impressed when we first walked in the door. It continued when we entered our room and saw how modern and cozy it was. Also, everything was extremely clean! Everywhere within the hotel that we went had a clean smell and was nice and tidy.

when we first arrived the staff had problems getting the system to cooperate. However, the manager did come out and get it to work so that we could check it.

Cleaning should improve. Toilet wasn’t clean properly, also I found they didn’t vacuum the room well, if they vacuumed at all.

Very clean from the outside all the way to the room, lobby, dining area. They still have coffee they brew not pods available in dining room.

I don't like that they put a $50 charge on my bank card for potential incidentals. They said I will be cedited back if I don't have any incidental charges, but why charge me for something in advance!
