Location to dog show site. They allowed dogs. Good lighting outside to walk the dogs. Friendly staff to dogs.

I had someone trying to card into my room. Got a rude call from the staff. I had been there 24 hours and they were saying I wasn’t in their system. First time I’ve ever encountered a problem. I said I had my reservation number & my receipt from checking in and I would be right down. Now this was 6:30am in the morning. Good thing I was dressed and ready to leave! The manager accused me of “hanging up” on her. I produced my documentation and they said it wasn’t in their system. I stood my ground and said I can’t help you with your system, but I have documentation!!! They said I was taken care of. . . Not even an apology for making me come down!!! So glad I book through Booking.Com!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I can’t imagine having to go through individual hotels and dealing with them individually!

Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety from cereals milks even chocolate milk juices bacon eggs and turkey sausages and you could also make your own pancakes with yummy maple syrup. Oh I loved the mandarins, with There were bagels and muffins as well with different jellies etc. I loved that you could have breakfast from 6am until about 10am in a cozy dining room with plenty of tables and comfy chairs.

I loved the indoor heated pool and hot tub also . The rooms were spacious as well. ' The staff were exceptional !!! We were not happy with the first bed as it was rock hard to us so they gave us another room with a brand new mattress and a roll away with memory foam mattress for our daughter both of which were very comfortable. I want everyone to know the staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and if we ever go back that way again we will not hesitate to stay there. Loved our 4 nights stay !!! Check in and check out was simple and fast. Staff was friendly and helpful to recommend places to eat and attractions. Remodeled room was nice! Breakfast was filling, hot, and well stocked.

The shower did not drain well! Also, the room needs a sitting chair (other than the desk chair) and there is room in the corner beside the bed for one. It is just empty, unused space!

Everything else. Good hotel, clean, friendly staff, attractive, safe, breakfast was good. Price a little high but worth it for the cleanliness.

I loved this hotel. Just one thing... after my stay I emailed the hotel as per the address on the hotel site, asking them to be on the lookout for my wedding ring which I lost in the room during the week. We searched the room high and low so I didn't expect them to find it, but I was surprised that I didn't even get a response, not even an automated one. I tried calling the front desk after leaving but no answer, and that is why I decided to email.

Nice area. Breakfast was great, staff was awesome. Rooms and bed were ok. Warm pool and hot hot tub. Location is great.

Weak shower. Remodeling but they were quite. Peeling wallpaper dirty carpet broken air conditioner stains on the walls outside looks better than the inside. Cleaning girls were rude! Ellas no pudieron controlar su risa.

The breakfast was excellent, highly recommended. The dining room was clean and well stocked, food was hot and there was a good variety of choices. Room was quiet and clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave were clean and functioned as expected. Staff at front desk was pleasant and helpful, Andy was great when we checked in and couldn't get into our room, he promptly made new keys. Great stay!

Please let people know that unless they specifically ask for clean towels and washclothes that none will be in the room when they get back from their daily activities and want to take a shower. Otherwise the stay was very nice, the breakfast was excellent.

best breakfast I've had at a holiday inn express. had hot breakfast of biscuit, gravy, pork sausage, and egg/cheese omelette. room was updated and smelled clean on arrival.

some minor inconvenience with construction but assuming that is to update breakfast area.touriing

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was also good.

Paid more for a hotel with a pool and hot tub but not able to use. Hotel under renovation and no discounts offered.

We stayed here midway on our trip to the beach. My son left his stuffed fox in our room when we left and they held onto it for almost a week until we came back through to pick him up. My son (and Alex the fox) were so very grateful for the kind staff!

Everything was great!

Breakfast was amazing. Bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, eggs, pancakes, bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, etc. Pool and hot tub were both operational and very clean. King room had a small breakfast nook with Keurig coffee maker, a sink, microwave, and fridge. Like other travelers had mentioned there wasn't much shampoo/conditioner in the refillable bottles in the shower but that was no issue as we had brought our own. 100% recommend.
