Days Inn by Wyndham Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

I like that the property can become a peaceful Haven. Not a lot of people making all kinds of noise at night, Not trying to break into cars or do anything mischievous. There’s also restaurants gas stations and even a mall within walking distance if desired.

I’ve been staying at this hotel on and off for the last 5 years when I have to come to Chattanooga. Lately I’m starting to see the wrong kind of people staying here with the wrong intentions but hopefully they’ll wing them out.

Excellent in every way. The staff provides excellent service, the treat each guest as a VIP, they are kind courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to help make the experience the best it could be. The room as clean, renovated, filled with all the amenities anyone could need, the bed was very comfortable, and the location is ideally close to many stores, the highway, and restaurants. They had a delicious continental breakfast and provided plenty of choices. Honestly, it was excellent in every way. I highly recommend it for couples, families, and people seaking a great customer service. God bless them!

My hubby loves Cracker Barrel & we were across the parking lot from them. Staff was nice and polite.

Upon entering our room, it all looked nice and clean, but in the bathroom, the baseboard behind the door had lots of dust and parts of the grout needed cleaning too. Also, with all other hotels we've stayed at, the breakfast included pastries, sometimes scrambled eggs, cereal, the d-i-y waffle maker and milk, juice and coffee. I checked yesterday morning and all they had was coffee and cereal and the waffle maker. Thank goodness Cracker Barrel was next door. Also, you should have staff park on the opposite side of the parking lot, not right at the front door and not in handicapped spaces. I picked this place because its a Wyndham hotel, but not as impressed as I thought I'd be. Room was pretty clean except the bathroom needed a little TLC.

Welcome with smiles and took care of in a matter of minutes also they took care of all our needs and we didn't have enough towels and they made sure they took care of that later that night rooms was cleaned and comfortable house keep was great and breakfast was as they said only thing they need to be 100% is have a dresser or chester draw in the room for clothes other than that everything was great and nice and quiet and the pool was wonderful and not busy planning on staying again this winter

Zander, the customer service agent that checked us in was absolutely AMAZING. His customer service was A1. He spoke very clear not fast to rush the check in. He was knowledgeable of the hotel and it surrounded areas. . I forgot my toothbrush and he brought them to me. Then we realize that the heat didn't work in the room we were 1st assigned , with out hesitation he found us another room which was nicer than the original one. But over all Zander is what customer looks and sounds like. GREAT JOB ZANDER!!!

We where at the end and the door that opens to go upstairs was SO LOUD . I thought someone was coming thru the ceiling. the second night was rough, There was a lot of traffic coming in and out the door.

Nathan, the wonderfully kind man at check-in. I was done in from driving. Nathan was infinitely patient listening to me ramble on. He made everything so easy. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Some noisy guests, some that smoked while walking in front of the rooms that all had outside doors, but that is no fault of Days Inn. My two nights there were very pleasant and undisturbed.

I have to get really picky to find anything I would want different, given a budget room. So, a dimmer bulb at night stand, brighter light in bath area.

The beds at this Days Inn are the very best we've ever slept on. Wish we could have taken them home. It's one of the reasons we stay at this Days Inn in Chattanooga, Hamilton Place. Breakfast is substantial when there aren't the COVID restrictions. We always know what we're getting when staying at this facility and like the consistency of this place.

Nothing, we like booking this Days Inn on our way to and from wintering south. We need to have a good nights sleep and are guaranteed of that.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of restuarants within walking distance. Plenty of parking even for those pulling trailers or driving an RV. Rooms were not huge but adequate size and more importantly clean. Everything worked and they have lots of outlets to charge electronics. Bed was very comfortable. We do a lot of traveling for Business and a lot of places have an issue if you check in past 11pm, they did not and check out was at Noon! They had free cancelation up until 2pm the day of reservation, which is unheard of. Very Pleased with our stay.

Price was a little high for my liking but they don't charge a room deposit. When all was said and done, I didn't mind paying a little more.

you can tell there are ongoing improvements and the manager is a no nonsense guy. witnessed him removing people who were there up to no good. the guy who bought the room said he was having no guests. the manager caught another guy and what appeared to be a couple ladies of the nite joining the guy that paid. they received their money back and was asked to leave the premises. safer place. also got to check I. early. that never happens!

you can still tell that it was really run down before the upgrade started
