Days Inn by Wyndham Cookeville

Booked multiple days and got a great rate. Clean comfortable room. Bed was very nice. Plenty of pillows. Staff was friendly. I was in town working for the week. I requested no housekeeping because I sleep during the day...they actually listened and did not beat on my door. Great location to the interstate. Close to restaurants, lowes, walmart etc. The people in Cookeville were overall very nice. Good southern town with good folks.

Only complaint is the breakfast. Only reason I didn't give the hotel a 10. Hotel breakfast option needs improvement or removed from the booking site. Granola bar and other small items in a to go bag is not breakfast. Didn't even offer cereal.

I absolutely love staying at days inn I always make my reservations there on my trips.. however this time was a little different

trips there but I had to cancel trip come up and I still got charged for the whole week that I booked and I had even sent the property a message telling them that I wasn't going to be able to make my booking I needed to cancel that if I need to be charged at least a night that was fine and I guess I still got charged

It's an older property but the room was clean and everything worked properly. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. If you're looking for a good place to catch a nights sleep and spend less than $100, this is a good choice.

Interestingly enough, there was no closet or garment rack. No place to hang up my clothes. Not a big deal but surprising. Also, (like every other hotel these days) the coffee maker was cheap but it did brew a cup of coffee.

Breakfast was not available due to Covid-19 . Requires a $100 refundable deposit at time of check-out as long as room isn't damaged and all motel property is still in the room. The only thing I disliked about my stay was I booked three nights originally, and paid $100 deposit as I mentioned , after the three days I added a couple nights to my stay. I ask for my original deposit to carry over , instead each time it was deducted from my account and added back. So by the end of the stay I had three different deposits totaling $300 of which I had to wait to be refunded back to my account which wasn't very convenient. Also, as unusual as it may seem, this motel is not able to compete with third party merchants ,such as booking, trip advisor and etc. However, overall this is a great motel, clean, affordable, and quite. I would stay here in the future if I need too, and recommend it for others as well.

I always enjoy my stay at Days Inn in Cookeville Tn . The beds are so comfortable that it only takes a few moments after living down for me to fall fast asleep . The laundries are equipped with the latest of washier washer drivers. There three fast food eateries just across the well kept yards and two gas stations . The movie theater is just down the road . So if you are headed to Cookeville or just need a break from you routine Days Inn is the place for me and just might be the right place for the rest that you so much deserve. Thank you Days Inn.

The room very comfortable. Coffee provided towels top quality. Bath room lots of warm water .Landscape scenes cover wall space ...you have to see them to appreciate them. The pillows very soft and comfortable . The bed just the right firmness for me... The lightning brightens up the room for reading writting ...Floor carpets very clean as is the entire room. Fresh towels every day if needed . I really could go on and on but as we all know seeing is believing. If you happen to be in Cookeville Tn and are looking for a nights weekly place to stay...Quality for your money Days Inn by Wyndham would be a good choice. Drive save and please mask...with everyone doing they bit we can rid ourselves of the virus.

The location was perfect. Close to shopping and food.

You had to slam the entry door to get it to latch and the compressor on the a/c was very loud when it kicked on.

The set up of the room was so cute! Perfect for a quick stop when traveling!

The sheets and comforter was dirty. Also the pillows were rather small which I never experienced in a hotel before.

The fact that they put my things out of the room because I forgot to let them know I was staying again. I use corporate lodging so they would have been paid and they had a phone number but didn't bother to contact me. Completely my fault but if I had been working there I would have handled it differently

I enjoyed how easy it was to check in and out of the facility. The friendliness of the staff. This Days Inn is a great place to stay at if you are just passing by Tennessee and need somewhere to stay for the night.
