They have a no smoking policy for the facility and you can tell - the rooms smell fresh. Overall, their rooms and the entire facility were very clean. Good features at the room for the rate. I just came back from a week-long trip in TN staying in budget rooms the whole time and this was my best room hands down.
Location wasn't super awesome but it's a budget room. You don't pay Hyatt rates, you don't get Hyatt location. I literally have no complaints about this facility.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was awesome. He had everything ready. He was very friendly. Check out was efficient.
The bathroom could use some maintenance. Shower head needs tightened so it doesn't spray out above the nozzle.

Staff was very accommodating to us. As my wife is handicapped and we have children. Even they had no handicapped rooms they made sure to give us a room with a convenient easy access shower.
We didn't have a coffee pot for 2 days of our visit although they were notified as soon as we checked in.

The staff at the hotel is wonderful to me. Drew, the manager is always so kind and the rest of the staff always make me feel welcome and appreciated my business and frequent stays. I always get a great rate for my room when booking.

says breakfast is available but it’s only cereal 🤷🏻♀️ is a pet friendly place they had a long term guest above our room who’s dog kept barking most of the night

The room was updated and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The building exterior was somewhat run down, but room was a very pleasant surprise. It was a very good value for my money. The location was right off the interstate, and there were several restaurants right next to the motel, which was very convenient.

I really liked the location because it was close to the interstate and many convienent places for eating out or staying in!
Didn’t like where the stair access was. To far to carry heavy luggage and it makes it hard when you have small children.

There was no breakfast and the location was off the main road and kind of sketchy. My room was ultra clean with new flooring and fixtures. Very nice.
The outside of the building was showing its age and needed upkeep.

I like the way the room was set up and all the lamps. The nightstands had outlets and USB plugs on them and so did the microwave.
The housekeeping staff needs to a better job. The microwave was dirty when We got there and the next day they still didn't clean it and did not restock the coffee and they need better cups for coffee.
