Comfort Suites At Rivergate Mall

Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The guy at the front desk was very nice. The pool was nice and warm.

When you walked into the room, it felt like musty, just like there was a lot of humidity in the air. Also, the carpets in the hotel need to be updated or cleaned. They look pretty dirty. There is not a hot tub. It has been filled with cement.

The front desk took care of me the whole time I was there as if I was family hands down they did more then they should have

It was easy to find, right off the highway. This was a short stay for my family. This was also my daughters first experience in a hotel. The gentleman that assisted us in checking in was just awesome! When he asked what floor we preferred and checked options. My daughter said! “Second floor please!” Lol he told her yes ma’am! Very welcoming feel and everything was clean. Staff were so nice. We will plan to stay again soon. Sorry I can not remember the name from check in.

It’s not really the property’s fault, Covid still had the buffet closed. Understandable, but that was not something I’d say ruined anything for us.

The pool and the Jacuzzi was great. The morning housekeeper was very friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed.

When we checked in on Friday night the Kurt locked my bank card up because he kept putting in the wrong expiration date. Also, he seemed very stressed out because the phones kept ringing. He was the only one working. So a line was forming. Also, when i booked my trip i called ahead to make sure my service dog wouldn't be a problem and a lady stated that it wouldn't, but the entire time we stayed someone kept stopping us in the lobby about her. They lack communication here at this location because somebody should have put it down that i had my service animal with me.

Jetted tubs inside rooms! Located right off the highway and not too far from downtown Nashville! The pool was opened and nice and plenty of food options not too far from the hotel!

Elevator was down some time throughout the weekend.

The rooms were very clean and nice and also very quiet comfortable area

I cut my foot on a light that was broken at the bottom of the hot tub I did not tell staff because I didn't want them to get more aggravated The breakfast was over early or I was given wrong time 8 minutes late and would not let me have a glass of juice. And staff seemed like they didn't want to be bothered.

The breakfast was basic, but had good options and was tasty! My husband and I have stayed here multiple times and have always been satisfied with our stay! We really enjoy the convenience to downtown Nashville without the high price of a downtown hotel!

The in-room a/c units are a bit noisy

The pool was huge, rooms where good size and had hot breakfast each morning. Grills in back we cooked out one day.

It doesn't have a hot tub anymore.

When I walked through the front door the place looked very nice and the man behind the counter greeted us with a smile and was very polite

There is nothing I didn't like

I liked the comfortable beds. The breakfast was great too.

The bathroom could use a remodel. The toilet is really small, not accessible for the physically challenged.
