Great room for the price. Hot breakfast was really nice and the location was perfect. Close to Rivergate shopping centers, grocery store, and lots of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Our bathtub did not work which was needed since we were traveling with three toddlers. There were certain spots in the room that was not clean. It looked like there is some black mold above the bathroom door which you could only really see from the shower. The bathroom door itself needs to be cleaned. There was a zip-up mattress protector on the mattress that had stains visible stains on it.

The hotel was fully booked and they only had one person staffing the hotel. She was fixing toilets and checking people in. She was lovely and friendly. Beds were SO comfy and our room was clean!

Not sure what went down in the morning but there was a man yelling at the front desk and cops were called (rightly so). Not the fault of the staff as far as I could tell. Staff was remaining calm while asking the man to leave. Just unfortunate for staff and for my kids to see that all happening Also it seemed as if there was a drag race happening outside or at least the same car revving and driving past fast over and over. Again, not the hotel’s fault, but annoying. The rest of the traffic noise was light.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel recently and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean; the beds were comfortable; the sounds outside the room were muffled (quiet), and the wifi was fast and reliable. The breakfast was your standard mid-budget hotel fare but everything was fresh and the hot food was hot. Overall good value. Krogers is across the street. The area felt safe. I appreciated the filtered, cold water dispenser in the dining area. We'll be back!

Nothing negative to report

The room was quiet. Housekeeping staff did a great job. However, I saw where it said they price match but with your site they did not. However, I had to book quickly because they were almost sold out. So extra 10 plus the 18% and 2% sales tax added up quickly.

While there was a lot for breakfast the sausage patties seemed like little pucks. We chose not to eat breakfast and just met up with family in Nashville. The desk clerks while friendly and courteous seem to take a lot of smoke breaks. The elevator broke the 2nd day we were there but was fixed by the end of the day thank goodness. All in all it was a good place to stay but I think a Tad over priced.

The family I traveled with and myself came to spend the night to attened a visitation/memorial service for one of my cousins as we were a long distance fomr the funeral home. I always like having breakfast in any motel/hotel I stay in. I had coffee, apple jusict, biscuits, sausage & jelly. It was all good - especailly good biscuite. I did not care for the cubed potatoes - didn't like all the spice on them. I like plain hash browns. The bed was very comfortable.

check in was easy, front desk lady that was working the late afternoon shift went above and beyond for us. Her customer service was perfection. The beds are super comfortable. The room was update. They have pool towels. The hallways and room had such a pleasant aroma. If you wanna stay close to Nashville but don’t want all the traffics mess. This is the place for you. Comes with breakfast as well!!!

if I had to say one thing our toilet. You had to hold the flusher down a few more seconds. It wasn’t even really a problem.

The location was great! Next to many restaurants and shops.

There is only 1 remote to change the TV to HDMI and so you can hook up your game system or Fire stick. We had to ask another visitor to use the one remote but on the conditions we’d return it immediately after we get our system hooked up. That was a pain!

Breakfast was great.

Did not know that the facility did not take cash. Was going to pay cash when I checked in and they said they didn't have cash and only took credit card. I didn't have a credit card so I had to get someone to pay for room with their credit card. If I wouldn't have had someone with me I don't know what I would have done.

We were in town for a softball tournament and booked this property early since it was the July 4th holiday. I would say the rate couldn’t be beat for a clean/secure/accommodating property. This property is conveniently located near Nashville and there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the area. Kroger is right behind which is nice in case you’ve forgotten any items. Rooms were clean and having a fridge was nice for our trip.

While the hotel had muffins, yogurt, and juice in the morning it would have been nice to have a hot breakfast as advertised. I’m sure Covid has everything to do with that still.
