Breakfast was exactly what to expect when it’s included; frozen and loaded with carbs yet does the trick for a grab and go. The happy-go-lucky Julia at the desk was welcoming and accommodating. Terrific! Very clean room, common areas, and dining nook. Ample parking. And while full housekeeping services aren’t done except every 3rd day, they came in and made beds, replaced dirty linens and emptied the trash. I’d stay here again in a minute! We were exactly halfway to the fairgrounds, White House, TN, Hendersonville, and our other destinations. Tip: MUST VISIT RUBY’S KITCHEN (4 mi away from hotel) for an incredible and economical breakfast in an old-time diner feel! They have FUN staff and you won’t leave hungry.

Unpleasant 1st shift front desk clerk on weekend of 4/22/23 and 4/23/23. Needs an intensive lesson in hospitality and customer service

We thought there were enough breakfast choices: cereals, oatmeal, bacon, eggs, bread for toast, fruit and beverages. I liked the spaciousness of our room. There was plenty of space to put suitcases, hang clothing, and just relax.

I thought the pitchers of milk was unusual. At other hotels where we have stayed there were individual bottles. When we travel, I have milk with my breakfast but I also take another bottle which I drink later in the morning. We have been traveling more lately and what I have noticed is that the people at the front desk seem to be dressed too casual. Shouldn't the people at the front desk at least wear a polo shirt that has the hotel logo on it? Shouldn't their shirts be tucked in? What happened to name tags? Yes, I am senior citizen, but I think people at the front desk are the ones who give the first impressions of the company.

Breakfast was good but lacked meat and fruit. It was in a nice large and welcoming breakfast room. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and lots of towels in the bathroom and towel racks. My husband fixed the drain plug which wasn't holding water in the sink. We appreciated automatic maid service all four days we were there and the free cookies! Our phone didn't work but was repaired within minutes.

Carpets seemed dirty. Breakfast didn't have bacon or sausage or fresh fruit.

Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Check-in was super easy. Definitely the nicest hotel in this area. I have stayed at the other hotels nearby and I will be using this one from now on.

The worst part of this hotel is the parking. The parking lot only goes around two sides of the building. The nights I was there, two trailers were taking up 4-5 spots each, and I had to part at the very back of the parking lot. Breakfast was okay. Would have liked some healthier options.

My stay at Country Inn & Suites in Goodlettsville was the best of my recent trip. The genuinely friendly, calm receptionist and the cozy, homey atmosphere really set the tone for the stay, which was much needed after a rough experience with another hotel chain in Knoxville. I had not expected such low temperatures following the hurricane weather, so I found that I spent more time than I normally would have in the hotel. This was fine by me: the sitting room area in my suite was comfortable, the thermostat worked as intended, and the hotel and surrounding area itself were quiet and relaxing. The coffee and cookies in the lobby kept me going until my late dinner reservation and were much appreciated. Little details are always important to me and they nailed it, down to the way towels were folded with care in the bathroom to the option of warm or cool lighting in the bedroom. As for the continental breakfast, theirs was great: I enjoyed the scrambled eggs with cheese, salsa, and hot sauce, plus the DIY waffle iron. You have made a new fan of your hotel chain!

Some guests at breakfast were really coughing a lot and were not what I would call dressed appropriately (as per the signage posted by the breakfast area...some pajamas are not meant to be seen by the wider world) but that's not the hotel's fault. The location also was not 100% ideal as I needed to Uber into Nashville for dinner rather than simply walking somewhere, but it was a relatively last-minute booking and it really wasn't too far away. For the price and everything that came with it, it definitely couldn't be beat.

The hotel was very close to our event , very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was large and the furniture was not cluttered together. The smell is a big issue for us. We always bring air freshners and candles with us on our trips. We never got out either because the room smelled clean. Also the air conditioner/room temperature was wonderful. We travel with mini air conditioners for each side of the bed and there were only used because we chose to put them up not because we needed them. We will returned to Country Inn and Suites for our future trips to Goodlettsville area. We had a wonderful experience.

I am gluten intolerant, which means that I can't have food with wheat in it. There were plenty of other delicious options for me, which is not always the case. We also appreciated all the electrical outlets in the room, since we have our two phones and two Kindles, as well as the computer. My aging spine and knees really appreciated the adult size toilet, too.

The hotel was initially difficult to find. It would have been nice to have directions.

We had a little spill on our comforter and they didn’t have any king size ones at the time. They said they can bring us one. I asked them to not knock on the door because our dogs will bark and we will be out for a wedding. Lady at the front desk said we can ask for it later when we get back. we got back and my husband went to get the comforter and the girl (different one) said she didn’t know if she could give out comforters so she handed him a blanket that look like it was from the hospital

The breakfast was very good. We totally enjoyed it. The location was perfect. We were visiting family in Greenbriar and we spent the rest of the time in Nashville. The perfect location! About 10 to 15 minutes to either place. Our room was very clean. The maids and everyone else who worked there were very helpful and very courteous. We will be back. Very soon.

Staff had poor communication between themselves. Door keys would expire before discharge date and would have to change keys. Male housekeeper seemed like a creeper looking my daughter and myself up on fb, sending messages to us on messenger. We changed hotels due to he made us feel uncomfortable and didn’t want him in our room since he cleaned our floor. Bedroom closet clothes rack was broke. Bathroom door lock was broke, mattress on pull out couch was very uncomfortable. The lady at front desk with blonde straight hair was extremely friendly and understanding. Also younger, brown hair girl who wore her hair up is super friendly and helpful.
