The only inconvenience was parking down the road in a parking garage.

This was the perfect location for our stop-through in Nashville. Right off of Broadway, plenty of garage parking nearby and not too busy of a street for drop-offs and pick-ups. We comfortably stayed with 6 people and enjoyed the clean facilities, roomy kitchen and living room with Roku access so we could log in to all of our streaming apps. There was even a check-out feature on the Roku so it automatically signed us out of everything when we checked out. We especially loved the convenience of not having to formally "check in;" we were just given codes for the door and elevator. The app was great and super easy to use.

No complaints really.

The greatest location for being near Broadway, restaurants, and sites. The apartment was spacious and modern with tons of storage. 1.5 baths was a bonus. Very comfortable for our family of four.

Could have used more towels and washcloths up front. We asked for more washcloths and did receive them the same day. The front door lock was not working, so anyone could walk in from the street into the lobby area. Management said they would look into it.

We really loved this accommodation as it was spacious and homely and great kitchen. Well stocked with bits and pieces including olive oil. We had an issue the 1st night with the sofa bed and they had someone there 1st thing in the morning and he got it all fixed. Communication was fantastic and we got a surprise when they gave us a refund for the inconvienience which we didnt even ask for. I accidentally did a review earlier and put the wrong review as I thought I was on another place we stayed at.

Would have been lovely to have a washing machine and dryer, as we were on a month long holiday from NZ and having one in the accommodation is always a huge bonus.

Loved the location. Out the door and you are are steps away from Broadway and the music. The bedrooms were big and airy with super sized beds. Kitchen and lounge area are great. Loved the touch of cleaning supplies very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there again.

We were given the wrong code to enter the apartment. We got into the apartment block but could not access the apartment. We called and spoke to someone in Malaysia??? to get into the apartment. After an hour of trying various codes, standing in the passage outside the actual apartment as nothing worked someone from the local office came and let us in. Apparently the code had not been set in the keypad. Bad start to the 4 nights but once in the apartment things were great Had two queries which were resolved quickly. Bathroom curtain smelt miffty.

We loved the the property, clean and beautifully decorated looks just like the pictures. Everything you need is on hand. dishes, pots and pans (if you like to cook on vacation 😂) plenty of towels. The location was absolutely perfect, we were just around the corner, literally a 3 minute walk to Broadway and all the music. Mike’s Ice Cream was right next door, that is a must go to. We also felt very secure with the front entrance keypad and elevator keypad. Checking in was super easy with the Sonder app. Had an issue with app when checking out, but I messaged Sonder through the app and they were able to check us out with no problems very quickly.

There isn’t anything not to like! If normal downtown noises bother you, bring earplugs for sleep. we heard garbage trucks or some sort of truck backing up in the mornings but it was brief didn’t bother us at all. We also heard some music very faint on Thursday night. We sleep with a box fan at home and that always helps to block noise. A few years ago we discovered a Box Fan app for our phones and use that when we travel for our fam noise. I would not let a little normal downtown noise deter me from staying again.

Location and cleanliness. 2br in downtown Nashville is a steal.

Elevator was out of service. Had to walk down 5 levels of stairs with luggage multiple times

In city center ! Broadway right around the corner . we did not rent a car . ( didn’t need to ) we took a public bus to general Jackson showboat and walked to anything else we wanted to do .

we didn’t mind the noise but if you want quiet at night , this is not a place for you . Bands play until the wee hours and the 2 bedrooms are right on top of the music .

The location is perfect for walking around Broadway and Downtown Nashville. It was clean, comfortable, and I didn’t see or hear any neighbors. I’d definitely stay again.

Expect it to be pretty loud into the night because of how close you are to the bars. Also plan on spending a little extra for parking. I didn’t mind these for the convenience of the location though.

The property was within walking distance of everything. Our room was very comfortable for 5 adults and we had a surprise 1/2 bath!! It was very quiet for a downtown location. We will comeback the next time we need to stay in Nashville!!!

The towel holder in one bathroom was on the door about 1/2 way up. We kept bumping into it and finally it came off. It really needs to be on the wall, not the door.
