Facility a few minutes by car from downtown Nashville, in a quiet area. Kind and helpful staff. Clean and large room. Nearby there are many pubs and clubs and the apartments themselves, on the ground floor, have a comfortable restaurant where you can eat. There would be a parking space inside, but being full and having returned late from the center, we left the car on the street (free) in the surroundings (a safe place without problems).

Useful info: just a few meters behind the apartments, long freight trains pass (day and night) ... and when they pass they play and make quite a noise ... if you are a light sleeper, despite the plugs, you will hear them. Know it. Other info: before your stay you will be asked for a lot of information through their website. You will need to provide documents and verify your identity. This is an unusual procedure, but it has happened to me a couple of times in the US.

Very clean, very friendly staff, good location. No extra fees for parking was a big bonus! Incredibly stocked common areas with everything needed for making/cooking food, coffee/tea maker. Check-in and out were so fast and all the staff were so polite and helpful.

I had a Murphy bed which was a lot lower to the floor than most hotel beds and I had trouble getting up out of it, I'm not a young, nimble person so that wasn't the bed's fault! The bed itself was super comfortable, more comfortable than my own bed at home!! I slept like a baby both nights.

I love staying here rather than in a "traditional" hotel room. Rooms are clean, spacious, accommodating with the right amenities (kitchen, dog friendly, etc.). The staff is accommodating and friendly. I came for medical surgery with family and needed a 2 BR, 2 BA and was pleased, except couldn't get "hot" water in the middle of the night. Told staff on way to hospital that morning and was told it would be fixed. Don't let the water situation deter you because that would be a shame because this hotel is wonderful and relaxing. Just a little disappointed this time with the showers not producing much hot water and DO know how to use these showers. Have stayed here before. Ran shower for awhile experimenting just in case. Didn't want to stay in the shower very long and was washing up well prior to surgery. Hmmm...

We loved this place! Where to start? The staff was really wonderful and kind. We loved that it was super pet-friendly, even having a park across the street for potty breaks. Having a kitchen with dishes, a real fridge and freezer was so nice as we were traveling by car down to Florida and had a lot of food for our trip. I loved all of the toiletries, which never happens. They had everything we needed. The location was really good for us. Kind of quiet, but close to some nice coffee and a vegan-friendly breakfast spot we loved in Wedgewood. It was pretty easy to get around from there, but we had a car and we drove places. We didn't find the train loud at all like some other people had complained of. It was actually pretty quiet around there. The rooftop was really pretty. We are a photographer and stylist and took some nice photos up there. I used the gym and it was really nice and clean, they have two Peloton bikes! I was super impressed. Would 100% recommend and stay here again.

I wish the bed had been a little more comfortable and the shower water went out onto the floor a bit. Other than that it was pretty perfect.

There's a lot of room in the 2bedrooms suites. Love the kitchen and accessories. Love the balcony. The room was very accommodating for people staying a while. I LOVE that you need a room key to get on to the elevators, enter side doors, and each floor of stairs. Makes you feel a little safer. I also loved that It's like a little city in there. I like the 24hr markets adult beverages and snack selection.

There's only 1 tv In the whole suite and It's in the living room! It's my personal opinion for 700$ a night there should be tvs in each sleeping room as well. I've stayed in Nashville recently and pay 200$ for a king suite w 2 tvs and jet tub.Its really not a huge deal...unless you traveled with your little nephews;that can't agree on anything to watch ; the youngest is a cryer,the middle is a fighter, and the oldest doesn't care. So now Auntie becomes a referee, negotiator, nurse, and counselor. The 24 food market should include some basic refrigerator items that are more useful to family staying a while. No eggs,milk, bread. I'd hate to run out of milk and have to go out when there's a "food market" downstairs.

Amazing staff ,marginal parking opportunities. We were extremely pleased with the room! From the minute we walked in we were pleasantly surprised This is a hidden gem! I will definitely book again and recommend to all my friends. Quick uber ride to the downtown area but far enough away that you can sleep without the hustle and bustle. We never heard another soul in the room! Parking was a little sketchy. We weren't sure of where to park exactly. Bar is awesome, lots of Saki drinks if you like that. I give it a 10.

I stayed at this location for 4 days, originally planning to stay for 3. Despite wanting to find a cheaper option, the location, service, and comfort were exceptional with a 10/10 rating. Additionally, I had my own room and access to free laundry facilities. The location was only a 15-minute scooter from Broadway, making it incredibly convenient.

The only issue was the frequent train honking during the first few nights that disturbed my sleep.

This was a cute, very clean property. We started with a small studio, but after an issue with the air conditioning on the second night, they quickly moved us (and upgraded us to an apartment). Both rooms were great and we weren't planning to cook, but the apartment had everything you would need for an extensive stay. They also had windows that opened in the rooms, which was unusual for any other kind of hotel. The restaurant downstairs was really great, but the hours were a bit inconvenient. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The showers...although they are modern and new, there is no shower door. There was a huge puddle on the floor every time we got out that we had to then clean up. The location is a little far from most of the things we wanted to do, so we did rent a car for the whole stay. Also, this is in an 'up-and-coming' area, so some of the surrounding area was not the nicest. We had a homeless person approach us one evening asking us for money. This happens in big cities. It really was of no fault of the property. There are 2 tiny bars within walking distance that weren't terrible. Again, you will want a car to get around if you stay here.

The room had a modern decoration and the concept was very good for us as we were travelling during a long period in the US. It looks like a studio flat where guests have of course their own room and bathroom and can share a common kitchen with washing machines and dryers. There is also a restaurant and breakfast is served. The car can also be parked within the premises. By the way, you will need your car or public transport to go to Nashville's downtown as the location is rather remote.

If you like the sound of american train's horns, this is the place to be as the tracks are just a few meters away. However, you might need your ear plugs if you do not want to have an early wake-up.

Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. Coffee and tea provided for self service in the morning in the kitchen. Very cool bars and places to go out near the Hotel with no tourists and nice local people. The distance from downtown is 35 minutes walk, but I don't complain. I knew in advance, as a reward the place is nice and cool bars in the neighborhood.
