Hampton Inn Pulaski, TN

Alissa at the front desk was outstanding. There was a problem with the prepayment made through Booking.com. The Hampton Inn system did not show the prepayment. An additional payment was made. I took the confirmation email back down to the front desk to discuss the duplicate payment. Alissa very professionally took charge and contacted booking .com. The end result was that booking.com issued a refund back to my credit card. Please let the manager of this location knowing what an outstanding employee Alissa is. Thank you Alissa!!!

plenty of parking available

there should be a rail by the edge where the slope is located facing the interstate. the lighting of the parking lot is not good, there were only a few parking lot lights working. this is a big security/safety concern for all around the building. aside from this the inside of the facilities was clean and spacious and the team members were all friendly and helpful!

The breakfast was amazing. Waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal w lots of fixings, eggs, muffins, smoked sausage, potatoes. There was also yogurt and cranberry juice. Also toast and dry cereal, 3 kinds of coffee and hot tea. Best I've seen in years.

Bed was super soft.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable.

There is a picture on this Booking.com posting that shows an indoor pool. This location does not have an indoor pool.

I am an extreme germaphobe where I bring my own sheets and pillows and drape it over the whole bed but this place after a thorough search was very clean. I was able to sleep right on the bed sheets and pillow. The shower was hot and spacious. The room temperature was good we were able to lower it and it did get freezing. Morning breakfast was also very delicious.

The room needs a little bit more lighting.

Coffee was good and plentiful. The area was clean, well arranged and, even with a girls soccer team having breakfast, there was ample space to sit comfortably while observing distancing guidelines. The facilities overall were clean, well maintained and quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

At breakfast, I didn’t care for what was served. Selection was minimal and barely warm. Turkey sausage links were horrible. There were no luggage carts to make transporting our luggage easier.

Clean quiet hotel. Breakfast was great. the gentleman working the desk when we checked in was very kind.

Our ac unit made some noise. But we set our bag on it and it stopped. Also this location is a bit off the beaten path.

Room was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Sufficient towels and wash clothes.

Ran out of breakfast. Was finished eating undesired foods (muffin) when staff put more sausage and eggs out.

Our room was very clean, comfortable and updated. The staff was pleasant. It was conveniently located.

The only thing I would caution anyone on is be careful in the shower. I found the floor to be a little slippery when it was wet.

The Innwas beautiful. Everyone was very nice and breakfast was great.

The pillows. Which is a small thing but they were not great.
