Hampton Inn Fayetteville

For starters the people at the check in (all) are very friendly. Cleanliness is awesome. We only stay at Hampton inns when on vacations , this one is the best. Most of all we love Dorothea (kitchen/breakfast person). She's the best kitchen person that we've met from any of the Hamptons that we've stayed.

Hmm. Well the lady that was in training for to work on the days that Dorothea is off isn't on the ball. Sure she's sweet. But she needs more communication as well as step up the pace a bit to keep food stocked in kitchen area. Dorothea has us spoiled she is amazing.

The staff was polite and courteous answered questions . The team resolved a billing issue quite quickly and efficiently.

Breakfast service was lacking because The attendant didn't put out enough to satiate the crowd in attendance On easy things like bread for toasting bagels or milk The room had not had a proper visual inspection for cleanliness in quite some time. There was a large buildup of debris under the bed and behind the night stand. There was significant stains on the shams Surrounding the bed

the accommodations were very nice

the breakfast options were very limited. we booked on booking .com and we were quoted one price including taxes and fees. when we checked out it was $14 more. the manager was supposed to call but didn’t. I spoke to a kind man at booking . com and he said we had to send a picture of our bank statement with the charge to get reimbursement and before I could do this it was credited??? this has happened twice. I may just try to book with hotel next time.

Your staff was so kind, helpful, and made it a really pleasant visit. We love your breakfast set up. the convenience of the restaurant next door. And loved the closeness to the Jack Daniels Distillery. Parking was great, there were plenty of the luggage carts, and again the STAFF was amazing.

Room to nice and clean and comfortable.

Had a slight mix up when checking in. We had booked a double queen room they placed us in a King room. But the front desk was very quick to resolve the issue. Other issue was the front desk clerk. Was on a personal phone call while helping me both time initial check in and correcting the room.

location was in a good area with easy access to restaurants and other facilities. the breakfast was good. the staff was friendly and helpful.

price was a little high. stayed in knoxville on a football game night for the same cost. figured a smaller town such as this would have a lower price. our other two stays. one in pidgeon forge,tn and one in cherokee, nc were less expensive.

Breakfast was awesome lot better than 4 yrs ago this is my 3 nd visit at this location will stay at the Hampton Inn every time I visit Fayetteville we hv family there an the Hotel is very very combiner for us

Well Tjhis was the first time I discover looks like little ladybugs in the window an on the heating unit every morning I woke up I had to clean it up everyday don’t no if anyone else exspiemve them other than tht I was satisfy

The breakfast could have had more options everyone doesn't like western omelets . I would have at least liked some boiled eggs. it was only like 8am and almost everything was empty. went to Shoney's the next morning.

Rooms and check-in and check-out were great.

Breakfast - the milk, breads, bagels and forks were all empty. The employee over the area just sat there - if you asked for something, she’d get it for you; if not, it stayed empty and she just sat on the table against the wall.

Staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Very nice room. Breakfast area was large and offered several options. It wasn't very busy when we stayed, so nice and quiet. They gave us everything I had requested when booking the room and more.
