Best Western - Fayetteville

breakfast was always good, we enjoyed it very much.

housekeeping staff was a joke overall, we had to find them on a daily basis ask to have our room made up, for towels, etc. we were told by a night shift desk person that they don't clean on a daily basis, which was unacceptable. We spoke with Shannon the next day and she got things done that day, but the next day was the same thing. I have been staying her for over 20 years and never encountered anything like this and staffing was not a problem they had plenty of it.

The Best Western in Fayetteville, TN, has an excellent breakfast selection. The room was spacious and clean. With their recent renovation, Best Western has become the best hotel in Fayetteville.

Booking.com did not make the hotel reservation for me. When I arrived at the check-in desk, they had no record of me. I relied on the confirmation sent to me by Booking.com, and did not call ahead to confirm the reservation. My mistake!

Very friendly staff, especially the woman who takes care of everything in the breakfast area. She is a true Gem!! Hotel is very well located. It is right off the main street, Hwy 64 which runs to Huntsville, only 40 minutes away. It is only 15 to 20 minutes from Lynchburg. Home of Jack Daniels Whiskey!

Location was perfect for the activities I attended. The breakfast was awesome and had a very large variety ... Something for everyone. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Most of all the comfort of the room. We didn't want to leave.

I didn't like the extra charge for my pets. They are well behaved quiet pets. I thought the EXTRA charge was a bit steep!!!

The lock on my door was a little dittsy. Also when I tried to make reservations through Great Western, the girl might have been a little off kilter because she got everything wrong and I had to cancel the reservation and book with booking.com.

Breakfast was excellent- better than Hampton nearby. Room was acceptable size and amenities good. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

People walking by and talking late past 1 am due to setup of rooms on outside instead of inside like a hotel, although much closer to vehicle so it’s a trade-off.

Great location close enough to attractions in both TN and Huntsville AL. Super friendly staff. Meticulous weekend and week day maid service. 5 star beds and pillows. ( Brought our own as usual, but didn't actually need them.) Quiet immaculate guest rooms. Nice shower head. Quiet air and heat. Great internet and TV. Lower lodging taxes then across the border! This particular hotel has got to be one of the tops in the chain.

Friendly Staff , relatively new interior, easy access to surroundings and routes, VERY comfortable bed, great breakfast !!

Neighbors, but we were moved. Bathroom smelled of ‘“smoke”… but finally cleared

Receptionist provided list of restaurants and those that delivered as that is what we needed. Food was excellent and delivered quickly. Kudos to "above and beyond". Would recommend this hotel to others.

Quiet and very friendly staff. Kelly Rae was very helpful suggesting dinner options.

I came home with a spider bite that is swollen and inflamed still today.
