Requested extra towels and personal was rude as at any other Hotels I had never had any issues with this request Also on the ad it stated that there is “Free Breakfast “ and they don’t comply with that

the person at the front desk was VERY nice
cold shower, very little hot water in the room. froze on the shower. NO breakfast, not even a to go muffin even though the reservation stated “breakfast included “

Extremely rude staff. No soap or shampoo (dispensers broken). Terrible wi-fi. Rooms in extremely rough shape. Overall junky appearance.
