we were there on business…..several days of work at the Chili’s Restaurant just around the corner. the staff was amazing and treated us like royalty. We had an excessive amount of tools and equipment with us for the job, and they were kind enough to allow us to bring out equipment in and store it in the meeting room during our down time. There were fresh baked cookies every evening, and the breakfast each morning was awesome!!!! The staff here goes over and beyond to satisfy their guests. We work in Midland quite often and this is the only hotel I will stay in.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I did not expect the room to be "home" like, with tables and comfortable seating. The staff was friendly and welcomed us. The location was perfect for what we needed to do in Midland. The location is close to businesses and restaurants and is easy to find and drive to.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and cool. The beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast options. I have a low carb/no carb diet and was hoping for eggs/meat option. The only "hot" food available was waffle maker or microwaved sandwich, bread, yogurt, cereal. The apple juice, according to my child, tasted terrible and orange juice was out. Coffee was my saving grace and a nearby McDonald's.

my room was part of a suite with an adjoining door to the next room. I could hear every sound. Plus, a step in tub would have been nice due to my arthritis.

The guy at the front desk was not very customer service friendly. Mute almost. Like maybe he doesn't like his job. Being at the front desk you have to talk to your customers. Don't act annoyed.

Location was good room clean and we asked to be in the quite area of the unit. Staff was courteous even the housekeepers greeted you in the morning at the coffee area.

The bed was a little too soft for my needs as I am used to sleeping on medium firm memory foam mattress.

I decided to give myself a Valentines present and booked a room for the weekend away from everyone. It was so relaxing. The staff was professional and friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. I know that there were kids just down the hall and when I walked out into the hallway I could hear them playing and yelling and stuff, but inside my room I did not hear them at all. I will definitely be coming back.

Robin at the front desk was so nice! She was very helpful finding us a good place to eat, and gave us all the information about the hotel. It was nice you had a place to do our laundry.

It was a long weekend trip to visit family. The whole experience was excellent. From check in to departure. Excellent service, friendly staff, clean rooms, wonderful breakfast.

Great location. Nice area of town and easy to find. The parking lot, common areas and room were all very clean. The room smelled wonderful! Soft bed me lots of pillows. Bath towels were great.

Needed a luggage cart. We had to make several trips to get in and out.
