What breakfast? You mean paper sack , is was sorry

Room had a smell of Medes, floors in the dining area were dirty,

Clean and the room was already cool

I paid a cash deposit and was charge a deposit on my card also and now have to wait 3 to 5 days to refunded

The location was very good. Located in a great area with restaurants, shops and nice area for those concerned with people around.

For the price, nothing could have been better. Excellent value for the money.

Excellent location!! It was super quiet. I like how there is a quite time during certain hours.👍🏼 There we’re a lot of channels on the tv to choose from. The room was large. The staff were very nice!!👍🏼👍🏼 The AC got very cold.😃

The refrigerator didn’t have a freezer in it. I have ice packs for my cooler and they were useless. When I left I noticed a sign about masks were required. It wasn’t there when I checked in. I hope this is not followed. I really liked staying here, but having to wear a mask is a major deal breaker and I will go elsewhere. I do go up there every other month and stay for weeks at a time. That’s a lot of money to be lost over useless masks.

I loved the location and the gentleman that checked me in was beyond helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean & the property was well taken care of. Normally I would feel vulnerable at hotels in an unfamiliar city because there are people wondering around etc...however, at this one, I felt very safe due to how this property manages it. Obviously they monitor the property to keep it secure. There were also 2 police units directly across the parking lot the entire time I was there which added to the security and enabled me to actually relax and enjoy my stay! Other than what I explain below, this is the best hotel experience I have had it n my whole 41 yrs on this earth! Great Job Quality Inn @ Arlington Highlands! 😁✍️😊

The ONLY reason I won't be returning to this hotel is that the beds weren't very comfortable, my back hurt each morning so bad that I could hardly get out of bed. Other than that, one other minor thing that I didnt find pleasing is that there wasnt much room to move around in a room with 2 beds. It was the normal size of a 2 bed hotel room but I feel double rooms should be bigger than they are.

The tub dropped all night every night, the laundry room doesn't take quarters just some app that wouldn't take my card and the breakfast was just waffles cereal and apples
