Courtyard Dallas Grand Prairie

The location is good, close to everything, but if you look for a quite place this is not for you, we can here the guest from the room next to us

The guy at check in was very rude, not sure I think it was Ernest his name, didn't want to look for my reservation, he just keep saying there's nothing under your name, even though I show the reservation number and my name, he was mad he write my name incorrect, I have to insist to look again several times, till he find me, not greeting, no welcome but he let me waiting so he can go and say hi to someone that arrives after us, very unprofessional

Everything and everyone was great. I have no complaints about the hotel or staff. I'd come back again.

It was a little pricey but I was not complaining. Did wish there was a continental breakfast to go sit down and have. We were offered a breakfast but I tried to find something in the room to explain the breakfast ordering but couldn't find anything. So I was resorted to have to call the front desk to figure out the breakfast thing so we decided to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Location was really nice close to a lot of good spots. I also really enjoyed the gym facilities that they had on the location. It was really clean and had a lot more equipment than what I was expecting.

The rooms could’ve been a little more clean. When we were checking out the place it was mainly the bathroom area that was pretty dirty. But aside from that the rest of the stay was fantastic.

Location

The room was over priced with no housekeeping. Guest left their trash at their door or at the garbage can by the elevator. My trash was left in my room over night because I didn’t want to leave it in the hallway. No housekeeping bring unwanted bug. So if you are trying to save one way you are loosing another.

We received complimentary breakfast tickets but did not use them. The bathroom shower was very nice. We enjoyed watching the TV. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Parking area was nice and bright.

The toilet in our room overflowed but we were Promptly moved to another with no problem. The room we were give was just as nice. Over all even with this issue our stay was very nice. Will recommend to everyone.

The location was amazing. We were literally no more than 15 mins from every place we visited. The room was clean and nice.

There was no house keeping , I asked for fresh towels and waited 2 hours before i called to request again. They just hung the bag of fresh towels on the door. Trash was over flowing because like i started before there was no house keeping.

Loved the pool area and bar/sitting areas.

The price of drinks. When ordering a margarita, the sign said $11, but I was charged an extra "$3.00 for rocks". The fact the ice was not optional and was $3.00 is absurd. Also, my room was not cleaned and new towels were not furnished for my second night of my stay.

the rooms we really nice and the outside patio was beautiful. We sat outside and enjoyed the weather and the kids play putt putt and the manager brought out corn hole for them.

there were a few dirty spots in the bathroom

Loved the cleanliness of the facility, the room was very spacious, easy access to room. Room was clean. Beds were super comfortable! And the large chair was nice to relax after a long drive.

Trash bags in the trash cans would have been nice that’s the only problem I had with this stay.

I didn't like that they had the pick up and drop off area blocked off. I am sure it was for a good reason though but I still did not like it.
