La Quinta by Wyndham Dallas Grand Prairie South

It was conveniently located near family we were visiting and in between Dallas and Fort Worth.

When we checked in, we were informed there was no hot water and had the opportunity in the morning to cancel the rest of our reservation. Fortunately, we had enough hot water to shower, but it did feel a little uncomfortable at check in. The staff handled it well.

My husband hot shots, oil field. He pulls a 40 ft trailer. We were denied service by other hotels due to parking. We understand. But the gentleman who was at the front desk that evening was very kind and understanding and allowed us to park out of the way(in the very back). We had been on the road, we were tired and ready to relax, we're very thankful for him to allow us to have that relaxation. The housekeeping and kitchen ladies were very friendly. We'll DEFINITELY be stopping by every time we're passing through!! Thank you!!!

I had been coming to Grand Prairie for business off and on from September 2022 to January 2023. I stayed at HolidayInn several times before I discovered this little gem. For the price, you guys were an excellent value. When we found out you don't provide daily cleaning service, and that we had to come to the front desk for clean towels, etc...we understood the lower price for the room. But your service is EXCELLENT. Would definitely stay there again.

super limited breakfast menu. powerdered eggs and sausage link....every single morning. If I stay their again, i'll eat out.

Great price on Priceline.com The property is decorated very nice, warm and inviting. The front desk staff members are great and the cleaning staff were cordial, as well! The pool was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The gym equipment was all operable. A variety of snacks for purchase. Nothing! Perfect stay!

I liked my room. The room was nice. The breakfast was nice, would have liked some cheese for the eggs. Good presentation!

My trash was never emptied. When I finallly told the front desk, they advised me that the employee that checked me in should have told me it was per request. They didn't. But they did give me some bags to use, and received my full trash bags (both bathroom and room). My neighbor was loud at night with rowdy children, but I did not notify the desk so that was my issue.

The hotel offered free breakfast which was nice! The pool was amazing nice and warm! And the location was perfect! Check in was also very smooth and the front desk employees were amazing!

We asked to have our room cleaned and they said we will try to get to it but normally you need to be here for more than 3 days (Not very sanitary). The pool has NO shade at all so it got quite hot.

Big room, comfortable bed. Walking distance to Walmart and restaurants which we needed. Large fridge and microwave in room. Breakfast was good and staff kept it constantly replenished.

We were told housekeeping wouldn't be coming in during our 4 day stay due to covid - the only hotel we stayed in out of four in the last two weeks which is still doing this. They did however collect rubbish on a daily basis if left outside the room and we were told we could ask for more towels if we wanted.

Breakfast was excellent and the lady working there was very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect and the pool was an added bonus. Excellent facilities and i will stay again. All staff at front desk couldnt have been more helpful and always smiling. Daniel was a gem.

The Staff. Everyone there was very Welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, the hotel smelled so clean and comfortable when you walk in. The pool was very clean and the grounds were so clean and pretty.

My shower drizzled,water pressure was so low being I was on the first floor. And I had requested a suite and didnt get one even after I paid one night deposit. The wifi service was a bit frustrating.

Staff very friendly & welcoming. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location was great for shopping , restaurants & fun events for my daughter. Best part their great choices of breakfast always hot and delicious.

My only complaint those toilets are so low to the floor for a tall person it's not comfortable.
