Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Channelview

It was in a good location based on we’re I was visiting. It was clean.

There was confusion with my check out time. The housekeeper came knocking wanting to come in and clean. She removed my Do Not Disturb sign and slipped it under my door. Then the front office called asking if I needed to extend my stay. I proceeded to explain that my check out time was 1pm, the clerk said that the hotel had a check out time of 12pm. I told them I wasn’t ready to leave, she then said that she would notify the housekeeper and extend my stay. At check out, I offered to show her my confirmation. She then said that she had checked and knew that I had a later checkout. No apologies from anyone.

female front desk associate could of smile and be friendly. I tried to make small talk but she wasn’t having it. your in customer service , it seemed like she was not happy to work their. now the male front desk that check me out. he was very friendly and smiled a lot. very customer service

No complaints about the cleanliness. It was exceptionally clean! The staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

It was too too close to the interstate!! Only a service road between the interstate and hotel! Other than that it was a great stay

I liked that everything a clean, neat, everyone was also very welcoming and friendly. We did spend like 6 hours in a ride with 1 child and 2 teenagers so that was intense. However we didn't get to go swimming or eat breakfast that's just how comfortable our room was.

Everything was great, no complaints. :)

At this Fairfield I liked that it has a gated entrance to access the rooms. Makes you feel safer while you are unloading/loading suitcases and other items from your vehicle.

COVID restrictions which we understand but it took away from our total enjoyment of the facility. Also, the toilet paper being used at this facility is too thin for my liking.

the beds were very uncomfortable but everything wakes us awesome at this hotel love it just needs more comfortable beds

Clean hotel.

Had trouble with room key to open automatic parking lot gate. Switched keys four times. I had sit and wait for someone to enter or leave for me to get into the secure parking lot. Room service did a great job cleaning my room but failed to close my hotel room door completely 😕

Not sure I looked at 6:16 am and just saw a lot of sugar donuts/ cereal apples

My toilet seat was very loose

It had secure parking. It was not in the most desirable part of town, but it was very near the graduation venue.

Beds seemed too firm

Everything was exceptional. If all Fairfield Inns are like this one, I will definitely book wherever I go.
