GreenTree Hotel & Extended Stay I-10 FWY Houston, Channelview, Baytown

It was very quiet and peaceful and relaxing. Amenities were very nice, the bed and especially the pillows were very comfortable. Also the free daily breakfast was very good and filling. The staff were all very attentive and very helpful with any of my needs and/or requests.

There was only 2 issues I had....one was that the flooring in my room was not cleaned all the way. I sometimes walk around barefoot and when I did the bottoms of my feet became very dirty. My husband and I had to re-sweep and re-mop the floors again ourselves. Also there was a small opening under our room door that made it easy for us to hear outside of the room as well as others to hear inside the room I'm sure.

breakfast area blocked off on one side so it was difficult to get in and out of, door to my room had a small gap at the bottom, blinds didn’t completely cover the window - were not fit properly to the window size. the parking lot was noisy. the buildings are outdated and need to be refreshed.

I guess the only thing I would lik to change is the availability of clean towels only during certain hours. My husband and I work late so if we missed house keeping for some reason then we could not get fresh towels for our room until the next morning

The manager was a good person and he was so nice he gave us a room that was upgraded and it was in front of the pool I will stay again and if y'all ever stay in the area of channelview y'all stay her they have breakfast and a bar too for ppl who like to drink

I don't even know where to begin!!...the rooms were cleaned,fresh,soap and towels and snacks and bottled water!!! I was impressed about the bar and restaurant... it was quiet and I would love to go again and pay for a week there...I will never forget the clarion.

a few guest their were up all night Untill 6am shouting and arguing other than that everything was great

The location was great we are right off the belt way 8. We were attending a concert in webster and the room was right off the interstate. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again. If you feel like I do and a room is a ŕoom as long as it is clean. This place is affordable and convenient. They are still serving breakfast with breakfast with room

The pool isn't working covid restrictions I'm sure.

Very clean newly renovated rooms, huge TV. No complaints.

Only 23 channels though and all but 8 we're Sports.

Great over all experience ,management and staff were great , helpful and on point .

Liked everything just wish breakfast had a bit more of options .

The staff was really friendly and the beds were soft.

The ac in our room barely worked, the pool needed to be cleaned, and the ice machines didn't work
