Palace Inn Blue Houston East Beltway 80

I loved everything about this hotel! We ended up here because we had to leave from another hotel because of a bad experience there, and we ended up being thankful that we ended staying here! Everything was super clean, it smelled really good and it was really comfortable.

The only two things that I didn’t like about the property was that the bathroom didn’t have a bar soap holder and that it said the breakfast was included but the only options were cornflakes and coffee. I was hoping to have the usualy variety that there is in other hotels (eggs, bread, waffles, etc). Other than that, it was great!

The hotel was over all very nice and comfortable.

There are two things that I didn't like about the Palace. One is the fact that you can't have guest in the hotel period. I have never really stayed in a hotel where you couldn't invite company, which could be friends or anyone you know. Second: I didn't like that fact that it cost $10 to wash a load. I didn't mind paying to wash and it also came with free soap, but that price is crazy to me. $5 would be a lot better in my opinion.

For the price I was pleasantly surprised with how nice, comfortable and clean it was. I have stayed in plenty of expensive hotels which were far less nice than this. The only downside is the location which I knew when I booked, so I wasn't worried. And that is why it's cheaper I guess. We were only there for one night after a late-arriving flight, so it was perfect for our needs. Great friendly staff too.

At first I thought it was going to be another run of the mill crappy older hotel. After checking in and entering my room you could tell these guys really took pride in their hotel. Just little extras every where that made a difference. Loved this place. It's older nothing really extraordinary about it but you can see the staff takes pride

Night clerk was kinda rude

The hotel looks brand new, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the design and the facilities in the room were very good

The staff wasn't that welcoming, this guy was a little annoying during my checking just because one number of my telephone was incorrect, anyway nothing that bad but I think they can do way better

Very clean, tastefully decorated, new and well cared for, size of the room, and comfort of the pillows/bed. Check-in was simple and they waited for ME!!! My plane arrived late. Thank you so much!!

If I had to make a recommendation and ONLY recommendation would be to offer a few more items for breakfast such as 2%milk and a few other breakfast items. ❤️

The room was great! Bed was super comfy, firm yet soft. They had lots of great channels on the TV.

I was a little disappointed that there was no separate shampoo and conditioner in the shower/bathroom, there was only shower gel. I also think they need to be more consistent on wether or not they accept pets. Online and over the phone they said yes but when we arrived there were signs all over the front desk area saying no pets.

The breakfast was good, I wanted some waffles but that’s just me lol. It was overall exceptionally good and very nice. Clean, and orderly.

I didn’t like the restroom door that doesn’t latch or maybe I didn’t find the lock but it just slides and doesn’t have a lock or it didn’t close. But that’s it everything else was amazing.

Good Rooms ,very clean , and spacious with comfortable beds and lovely shower

The staff I think it was the supervisor or manager that was so not nice and made me so uncomfortable with stay there or even renting another room from there but the rest of the staff was nice and very friendly and helpful.

I loved how well the rooms are sanitized. The staff provides disinfectant wipes which I find very useful due to COVID. The rooms are comfortable only thing I honestly dislike is the pillows because there isn't any support. The location is reasonable close to stores and/or restaurants. Overall I love how respectful and kind the staff is anything you need just ask right at the front desk. I will be looking forward into staying in this hotel again.

Unfortunately, there isn't anything I didnt like everything was great!
