Holiday Inn Express Denton UNT TWU, an IHG Hotel

The room looked new. The blackout blinds were excellent

This isn't a movie theater the concession stand is quite expensive considering there is no smell of popcorn in the air. One weird issue is the bathroom floor is slick. Also with all holiday Inn express the doors seem to make a huge noise when shutting them waking up sleepers. Maybe a thin coat of polyurethane may fix the latch iss and some grip stickers or stairway stickers in the bathroom?

My first choice every time is holiday inn express for all of the reasons above and most importantly was the consistent special sweet rolls which are always hot and delicious !!!! You are the best HI Express 😄

So I had an elevator that seemed very slow but that is only thing I can think of negative.

Very close to the university which was our reason for the stay. We could hop right on the interstate and the very next exit was our destination.

How it was to get to the entrance of the hotel once exiting the interstate but it wasn't a game changer. I would stay here again.

Ice machine on floors 1 & 3 only, wall thermostat doesn’t work and should have been informed on check in to use the controls on the AC unit, water coming out of tap at 8 AM was lukewarm (never got hot), breakfast is not made to order

in the initial room we were given the refrigerator was broken and the shower was broken. We were immediately upgraded to a suite. The staff was so great at resolving the issue. everything was clean and very comfortable.

Overall our experience was pleasant and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean. Our check in time was nice and quick. Excellent, we will definitely come back.

I would just add a few more choices to the continental breakfast options. Also, stack an extra toilet paper roll to the bathrooms.

The location was a perfect distance for our visit to UNT. Entire facility is clean and well maintained, the staff is helpful and pleasant, breakfast was fresh and hearty. It's close to everything you might possibly need (restaurants, shopping and otherwise).

There's nothing that isn't likeable about this hotel.

The breakfast was big and the showers were nice. the beds were also comfortable with lots of charging ports.

Even though the breakfast had lots of options, some of the items were gross or cold.

Sunday breakfast food was out of most hot items at 9:30. It was supposed to be served till 10:00. closed the doors 15 minutes early Some of the guests went without. No substitutes offered

I didn’t care for the omelette in the breakfast the rest of the breakfast was OK. The bed was very comfortable I slept well.
