The breakfast was pretty good. It was better than a lot of the hotel breakfast selections I have had in the past, especially the sausage gravy and biscuits. Everyone was friendly. They allowed us to get yogurt, bananas, etc. at 6:30 AM before they actually opened at 7:00 since we were in town for a dance competition and had to be there early. My husband said the coffee was delicious and he is very picky about coffee.

There was no soap for the bathroom sink. You had to go to the shower and get some which was inconvenient. Why not install a pump soap dispenser mounted on the wall near the sink if you are conserving soap? I also found a tampon wrapper and some paper with notes written on it in the closet which should have been caught by the cleaning crew. (Not the biggest deal but then you wonder how well they actually cleaned the room)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful and A/C worked GREAT! We never made it to breakfast but it looked and smelled great. Lots of folks were there each morning.

The door to the outside nearest our room was "out of order" and baricaded closed. This made parking hard or impossible to find because people from that area (like us) had to park near one of the other side doors. There was no designated smoking area and we walked through five or six smokers each time we left or entered the hotel. We had to walk a longer way than we like to and because it was soooo hot, this was uncomfortable. The entire place was a little "aged", and could use some sprucing up. The room was super cool and bedding was nice but the mattress was hard and made our arthritic joints hurt after staying a couple of nights.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Comfortable bed and we loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash being right there and of a seemingly good quality. The breakfast was more than was expected and the breakfast servers went over and above for all guests. This stay was exceptional.

We booked with Booking.com and there was major run around with them but your staff handled it and after over an hour wait...due to no fault of your hotel, we finally made it to our room.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I'd came early 8:30 am to pay for my Niece whom I had not seen since she was 2 years old who just her father and my baby brother last year Jul 4th 2021 & Husband room asking staff to charge my card; but when they arrive I found out my credit card had not been charged and showed no funds because I believed it was already charged and moved extra money to another account. I had to pay in cash, but this placed a hardship because I felt I'd paid for everything.

Nice young people at the desk. Breakfast was better than most. Room was with a sofa bed we got linen’s for and made out so each of us had our own bed. Good location to Dan’s Silverleaf and downtown. Both times we’ve stayed we were very happy.

Dining area has nothing but tall chairs like a bar. My aged Aunt couldn’t get into them and the lower bench seats had tiny cocktail like tables. We ended up eating in the hallway due to seating.

Breakfast was varied and matched e.g. japaleno souffle had a garnish of homemade salsa Several choices biscuits and gravy was NOT pasty/gummy and had great flavor Granola with lots of toppings Sheltered from freeway noise

At least 1 "thinish" pillow Thank goodness I had my MAPS turned on

Staff that checked us in was Excellent!

Staff lady that checked us out was unprofessional, rude & refused to let me speak to a manager. The main reason I will never visit this location if she is an employee. My room was $89, I've stayed at multiple Springhill suites for the same exact price but since me making a complaint I can not get a room for less than $149!

Nice lobby - nice looking room - nice bed - quiet - 1st floor room available

The reading light over the bed on the side closest to the window did NOT work - Kleenex only had 2 tissues - the shower had about a 1/4" or more of standing water in it due to improper slant of floor (maybe it needs to be squeegied after cleaning) - the bath only had 1 washcloth and hand towel rather than set up for 2 people ( they may not of had time as the reservation was only made online about 10 minutes before our arrival)

Breakfast was very good. Probably the best we have had at any motel. Good variety and well prepared.

House cleaning was not good. Had some mix up in understanding of cleaning room. It wasn't done until the last of our stay.

Convenient location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city. The hotel staff were very friendly and very accommodating to all the guests.

Hotel needs some minor updates and maintenance upkeep. Had to move to a different room because the door knob fell off the first room suite. few stain in the hotel lobby carpet which is very unsightly for guests’ first impression. The eggs for breakfast were very salty 2 days in a row.
