Homewood Suites Denton

The suite with perfect for my handicap parents. The bathroom was exceptional since both my parents gave difficulty getting in and out of shower.

The suite was 201, and it was a very long walk for my handicap parents, my mom had recently had total knee replacement and back surgery, and my dad had neck and back surgery, so walking from the elevator to the suite 201 was hard on both of them, they had a walker and cane. Maybe have handicap rooms more accessible and closer to elevator for the elderly.

Came to spend Christmas with grandkids for 3 nights. Nice having separate bedroom/living area. A bit crowded with 6 grandkids, 3kids (with spouses) and sister to unwrap presents....but, made it work! Close to shops/movie theater and Buccees. (Beth Marie has the best ice cream!) Hot breakfast was good. The staff was limited during Christmas, but, we called front desk and they sent anything we needed in an efficient amount of time. Excellent water pressure! There is a Park right down the street. Nice kids could run off some energy.

No dishes...but we bought paper plates and plastic ware. Thought it was due to COVID. But wait! There were dishes! In the dishwasher! Discovered them when one of my grandkids coming back with us opened the dishwasher half hour before we were leaving. Hated there was no oven, but made do. Smoking outside by the doors...wish there was a bench to sit on.

It was a very nice hotel in a great location. The staff is very nice, they take good care of you and help with whatever you need. I would 100% stay here next time I'm in town!

I like that the hotel was in close proximity of where my Christmas Party was hosted at. The Hotel was very clean and had great staff. Easy driving directionsa

Breakfast was not as top rated as their website listed it to me. I think they could do a little better on that part.

Hotel is situated in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, with shops and restaurants within a 15 min drive. Hotel is clean and quiet/peaceful, staff is extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast is excellent.

There is nothing we did not like: we stayed in this hotel at the start of our holiday and because we had such a good experience, we booked it again to spend the last days of our holiday there.

The staff was incredibly kind! The breakfast was pretty good for hotel food and had a good amount of variety in choices.

There were some issues with other guests during our stay, but the staff handled it as best they could. There was also a leak while we were there, which they fixed at 11:30 at night. That wasn’t super ideal since our kids were sleeping but it is what it is. I do wish the room had been a bit larger than it was and with some more ventilation. The room smelled musty.

The front office staff especially Micheal at this facility is brilliant, He knows the systems and handles all requests. The breakfast ladies and housekeeping staff are fantastic. This is our second stay here and it has only gotten better.

I enjoyed the room size and the full sized fridge. The bathroom was a good size.

The beds were hard and not as comfortable as we expected for the money. It made my back hurt which is a problem for someone who is older.

The room was amazing! So roomy and comfortable for 3 adults & two kids. The reception staff was so friendly and treated us very well.The view was fantastic! Everything was so clean and felt fresh. The beds were great and the breakfast was so good! A quiet and restful stay was greatly Appreciated!

Everything was wonderful!

I liked the location. Even though it was near a major highway it was very quiet. Checkin was easy and the room had plenty of space

The shower could have used some work. The caulking was cracking.
