La Quinta Inn & Suites DFW West-Glade-Parks

This location is perfect when we visit family. We used the pool this time. Really enjoyed refreshing from the summer heat. The breakfast is always good. I love that I can make hot tea (or coffee) or get cold water anytime I want with the drink area. We also enjoyed the seating in the front lobby. Able to sit in the sun, in the AC, and relax. One of the best LQ we stay at.

One thing. I wish there was a little sun at the pool. It is refreshing to have some shade. But when you get out, it is a little chilly. But that would involve moving the whole building. So a very minor dislike. (That is about 5 pm)

The location was perfect. 5 minutes from my family. Beautiful facility. Close to shopping. My husband was able to walk to Bob Eden park and workout on the equipment there and run on the trails. We loved the coffee and hot water station available all day. The room was large and comfortable. Plenty of pillows. AC worked great. Loved the step in shower instead of a tub. I liked the kitchen area away from the living area. Breakfast was very good. Many choices.

We liked everything. Nothing to complain about.

This location is great because it is close to my family when we visit. The lobby and sitting area is very comfortable. This place is very clean. There is a fire pit in the back by the outdoor pool. I'll have to check that out the next time we stay. The front desk workers are awesome, nice and helpful. We were able to get a late check out which helped our schedule.

The LA Quinta down the highway from here has biscuits with the breakfast and has more choices. This is a minor...very minor...detail.

This was an exceptional stay for us! From the moment we parked we were like ‘ohhhhh this is nice!!!’ When we walked in it was very very very clean and smelled so nice. It stated that it was a nonsmoking hotel which was great. The check in process was so easy and all the gentleman at the front were very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and with tons of options!

There isn’t one thing we didn’t like.

Location is perfect. Feels new but the carpet kept bugging me the whole time as if it’s dirty. The TV didn’t work so hard to switch rooms. The bed was ok, room phone didn’t work. The dirty carpet and better bed would be ideal.

The dirty carpet and bed felt old. Not comfortable. Base boards in bathroom was really dirty too.

It was a quick check-in. The room was cold. It took a minute to adjust to the temperature I like. Then cozy down to get a cup of coffee with four different flavors and variety of creamers. Took a relaxing hot shower. The temperature set so good I feel asleep. The covering was perfect for light not to enter the room as the sun was rising. Breakfast was delicious. The lady setting the food was very helpful, clean and organized. I give the location 5 stars. I will come back to stay at this location.

Not actually a problem more of a suggestion: put ice machines on each floor or every other floor; shower head (place in a zip lock bag baking soda and distilled vinegar, let the shower head sit in mix while cleaning the room) this will get rid a of the water build up; lossen the shower head, I could not adjust; breakfast could be hotter; recheck irons (water poured out as I was ironing my chlothes) and changed the padding on the iron boards. These suggestions will not stop me from giving this location 5 stars nor coming back. My stay was accomplished with me being able to relax.

This was by far the best hotel I've stayed in. It was very clean. The staff was very accommodating and respectful. I definitely will be booking here every time I travel here.

The breakfast could've been bigger. Eggs and sausage got old after a couple mornings. But it was still good.

The breakfast hours needs to be longer 6-10 and it would help if 2 people would work the counter

2 people Not working at the counter when you trying to check in. It takes to long when you have checked in because you have to spend almost 10min per customer

Perfect location, quiet, and clean rooms upon arrival. However cleaning schedule was questionable. Every other day and not even informed about it?

A front desk employee seriously lacked customer service manner.

The hotel was nice and clean, no odors, rooms and beds were comfortable, and breakfast was great. I Enjoyed my stay very much, if I am ever in the area again I will definitely book here.

There was nothing unsatisfactory.
