Homewood Suites by Hilton Ft. Worth-Bedford

The hotel was very clean and had many nice amenities. The suite was spacious and decorated nicely. The bed was very comfortable with comfortable covers. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was a great feature. The full breakfast had many options, and the foods were continually refilled.

The TV remotes did not match the TV’s and did not work at all. The front desk woman brought two more that at least turned them on and changed channels and volume, but they still did not work properly. There were no instructions on how to get to the TV Guide. We found it by chance. The kitchen had very few utensils, only one pan (a medium saucepan) and two pan lids. The thermostat was not correct. We had to turn it down to 65 to get it to feel about 75.

the location was perfect. the manager Ashley was AMAZING. someone please give this woman a raise. the breakfast had so many options and stayed stocked. it was delicious. the pool was small but perfect for us.

i didn’t like having to walk down and around a winding hallway to get to the elevator. also we went to leave to catch a flight at 3:00 am and no one was at the desk. no bell. so we went out the door to put our luggage in car and of course when we came back a lady worker was there and chewed us out for opening the door. but we had no other choice we would miss our flight. and she wasn’t at her desk.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was better than I expected—the oatmeal was good, especially with the extra toppings. Coffee wasn’t bad either.

The phones were down and aren’t expected to be backed up for at least another 10 days. I called several times after my flight landed to see if I could possibly check-in early. Corporate didn’t even know why the phones were down. When I arrived and asked if it was possible to check-in early, the lady at the front desk told me that check-in is at 3pm—obviously, which is why I asked if I could check-in *early*. I told her I had been trying to call all morning, and she told me the phones are down and won’t be back up until mid-May. Someone else finally told her that a room was available, so she checked us in…while having a conversation on her cell phone the entire time.

The Property Manager was great. She responded quickly to our complaints when we arrived and made sure that our needs were met to our satisfaction. The pool and grill area opened during our stay which was great since there is an extensive renovation happening at this location. The daily breakfast was a plus because it included hot food. Great way to start your day.

The suite should be cleaned daily and not being informed that we had to specifically ask for daily cleaning was different. Once on the list it still wasn't done daily. It was a disappointment to have to ask for towels and wash cloths when you expect to have it done when we got back into our suite.

The rooms were spacious and clean and customer service was on point the whole trip (5 days). I do wish they had a hottub but that was for me personally but overall LOVED it and the kids really enjoyed pool hours til 10pm and took full advantage if the basketball court which was a added bonus as we didnt realise there was one til we got there.

Breakfast Waffles were AMAZING but the potatoes were never good always cold. Wish they had gravy to go with the biscuits but overall it was nice to have to buy breakfast each day and waffles and other stuff was very filling. Not alot of plugs we had to buy a extension cord cause of course we cant aleep without a fan and we all had a phone charging.

I had the king suite. It had doors that separated the room from thebloving area. The kitchen was a full kitchen with everything you needed. I loved the layout of the room, the front desk worker at check in was great throughout my stay. The bathroom was clean, the toilet was clean and the tub. The breakfast was really good. Great location, restaurants were easy for me to get to.

I couldn't change the temperature in the room, it was a set temp for hot and cold, the pullout bed on the couch was suspect, it had a small stain on the mattress, the cover on it had hair on it, the people who was staying above me on level two were extremely noisy throughout the whole night. The bed in the main room was too firm for me but the kids loved it.

Size of room and beds were super comfy.

Be very careful when taking a shower as they do not offer non slip mats. My son slip and fell in the shower due to it being super slick. He had a huge knot on his neck from how he fell. The next morning, knowing my son slipped, my husband was being super careful but he also slipped getting out of the shower. For those reason I didn't take one, because I was too scared I was going to fall. With this said, either change your cleaner or offer non-slip mats before someone breaks their neck and you get sued.

good room size loved the sleeping area was separate from the living area and it had a small kitchen with a little stove top and a full size fridge. good breakfast with a good variety of food. They provide you with separate pool towels so you don't have to bring your own if you plan on swimming.

the smoke smell through out the hallways was horrible we had a non smoking room but it did not make a difference once you walk out of your room. My children and I had to cover our mouth and nose with our shirts anytime we left our room . Only one elevator in the building and it sounded horrible did not sound safe what so ever. we were on the 3rd floor and felt it was safer to go up and down the stairs, but with luggage and children that was not very easy.

Enjoyed the whole stay. I will say the female supervisor and the female worker were very accommodating after the mix up with my reservation.

The female drug dealer outside offered my husband and I weed! Booking.com messed up my reservation by switching my booking and I did not notice until we got to the hotel and the lady at front desk noticed. I am disappointed the reservation was mixed up and didn't get the room we wanted but they made sure we had a room.

The room was a nice size. The staff was very nice. Pool was nice but small. It was close to everything we needed to do for our stay. Loved that they had a grill that you could use. The gym was nice but small it served its purpose.

The breakfast was not that great. Rooms didn't have enough utensils or plates and cups for all of us.
