For the most part it was clean, however the little slats underneath the sink seemed to have not been dusted or cleaned for a long time. Beds very comfortable.

The AC did not cool very well and for the price we paid it needs to be improved. We were out in the heat all day long, had set the AC on 75 so it would be comfortable when we got back to the room and it was very warm, so we put it on 70 with continuous fan and it didn't cooll down for sleeping for about 3 hours. Then sometime during the night the fan turned off so by 8 am when we got up the room was getting warm again.

WOW!!!who ever trained the staff deserves a raise. Isa who checked us in was very nice explained breakfast.shuttle 'pool laundry and was happy to be there,breakfast was fresh and lady in the purple shirt was pleasant and kept every clean and well stocked,the hotel and room smelled clean and lobby was always spotless.every employee i came in contact with was well kept,friendly,and always wiping down coffee station and refilling,shuttle driver and front desk gal went above and beyond to get hubby from the airport after he went to the wrong hotel excellent costumer service from all employees. keep up the good work

The staff here was so kind and accommodating! It was very comfortable and so glad they were able to give us rooms directly across from each other. We had 3 young daughters with us and they were a handful. The staff was understanding when we requested towels and such. The food for breakfast was pretty good. The kids enjoyed it. That is always abonus.

There really is nothing bad I can say about this property. I was sad we were not able to use the pool but that is not their fault, that was all us and time management.

All of the staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast good with selections. Never saw or heard anything that made us think the area was bad.

The bed and pillows were terrible. We had our pillows plus the ones there and still couldn't get comfortable. The bed seemed to dip too the center also. With the size of the room it would have been nice to have maybe a love seat in there. The yellow chair wasn't very good.

Staff were friendly. Location was easy to get in and out of. Breakfast. I had eggs, sausage, biscuit, waffle. They had fruit, yogurt, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, etc. Large sitting area. King Room was large. Bed comfortable. 5 pillows! 3 sets of towels that were fluffy and soft. There is an indoor pool. Did not use it, but I did see others in there having fun. Saw a beautiful Texas sunrise from our 4th floor Room. We will be back.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

I liked the great customer service at the check in desk. I liked the hot breakfast. I liked the location.

Couple things that I didn't care for was that my debit card was charged BEFORE I checked in. I was advised that this would happen only when I called the day before my arrival...so if I would not not have called with questions I would not have known and my rooms could have been cancelled if the funds were not available. One more thing that kinda irritated me was the lady in the breakfast area. She had a bad attitude. All the other hotel staff were very nice and accommodating but she just seemed like we"the guests" were irritating her.

Everything.LaQuinta is a top notch property. No complaints. Clean room,day staff is exceptional. Night staff not quite as good but still service oriented. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles (self serve) and everything else you’d normally see. Great coffee, and several varieties. I also took a shuttle to the airport and the service was excellent.I tipped the driver. Much cheaper than Uber.(Uber $40-60 depending on the day of travel. There is also a Saltgrass Steakhouse across the parking lot. wonderful food there. I also used the hot tub. Fair amount of kids in the pool but that’s expected.

They claim to have changed their pet policy and charged me even though their policies on booking.com clearly say that there is no extra charge. I tried to speak with the manager, April, since both the night and morning attendants spoke with her on the phone on my behalf, but she still made them charge me and she was not around when I checked out in the morning, so the attendant took a message, and she never called me.

Mernah and Makayla was absolute dynamic duo… I would come back time after time just because of there hospitality and pleasantries. As a society we have lost such chivery but these ladies show you it was NEVER lost. Thank you

The breakfast could have been more appealing with a variety as well as fresh fruit. Not the same fruit sitting there when we checked in the night before.

Very impressed for the price. Hate having to stay at these big, value-priced hotels, but would definitely choose this one again, if needed. Bed and linens were comfy, although I didn’t use it, had both hot tub and pool, staff friendly and helpful. Nice to have fridge & micro in room. The free shuttle is very helpful. You sometimes have to wait awhile for it, but they will take you where you need to go, even to dinner. Very good value for the price.

These places are never as clean as I want them. Although this one better than most, it was obvious that desks, appliances, lamps, etc had not been wiped down or disinfected in a long time. Carpets are impossible to keep clean in places like this. Will never understand why hotels use them. The staff were friendly and helpful, but twice the receptionist hung up on me mid sentence causing me to not have the information that would have been helpful. Room was very dark. However usually this is the case with these large hotels.
