Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Worth-Fossil Creek

Very helpful staff on the front desk, both night and day. All staff were pleasant and very polite. We would have liked to have used the pool but it was out of service with chemical issues. The lady on the front desk asked the sister hotel next door if they would allow my 6yr old daughter to use their pool. They agreed. (Once there, we were made to feel like we weren’t wanted, by them. We left the pool feeling a bit embarrassed.) but nothing to do with the Hamptons staff. Great breakfast choice and the hotel was presented wonderfully.

It’s just a shame the pool was out of service in 100 degree heat.

Super clean and nice, comfortable beds, the lady at the front desk was awesome, the receipt shows her last name was Thompson, I made an error on dates and she got it fixed, she was so nice and understanding. Breakfast was great, two waffle machines, eggs, breakfast meat, juice, cereal, oatmeal bar, anything you could want. Rooms were cleaned every day of our four night stay.

Water pressure for the shower wasn't great, but I've never been to a hotel were it was great.

A nice quiet hotel with great prices and such an AWESOME staff !!! Everyone that worked there is fabulous and so friendly. The rooms are exceptional and very roomy. The hotel is only seconds away from some delicious restaurants and fast food places. This is must stay place if you're in the Fort Worth area.

The only thing that was a setback for us is that we had to get our own towels every night from the front desk. It's not the hotels fault. This is all due to Covid. Besides this, I've got no complaints !!!!!!!!!

This was the perfect location for us. The breakfast was great. They had the friendliest staff. Everyone was so pleasant. The room was very comfortable. Large size, nice layout. We enjoyed the amenities in the room and that were available to us.

The pool was very cold and the hot tub was broken. The room is in need of a good refresh/ deep clean.

Nothing I feel like everything was very nice and professional had no issues . Staff was nice and very informative. Never bothered us but yet was there when we needed them . probably only thing I didn't really like was trash cans were to small.. that's probably about jt

clean, accessible room. Handicap accommodations were very good. Location easily accessible without being on the expressway.

Breakfast was good. Maybe drain the bacon before serving. It was 98 degrees, but the pool was closed. We would have liked to use it.

The room was very spacious and beautiful l was on the first flood too. The manager and staff was so nice and very helpful. The hotel was so clean and smell very fresh. Most hotel have a old smell. The breakfast was on point. I really can’t complain about anything. This hotel was the best hotel we stayed at.

Clean room,housekeeping actually knocked and asked if I'd like a daily cleaning of my room. Absolutely amazing that a hotel chain has finally figured out how to actually be a hotel again post-COVID. The included breakfast was amazing, staff were very customer service oriented, everyone was wonderful.

No bar.

Staff were very friendly and willing to help. Alejandra front desk was super helpful, patient and friendly to my 14 year old autistic daughter who forgot her conditioner at home. During this pandemic we don’t see a lot of friendly staff willing to go the extra mile, but she did. Brought what we needed to our room and checked on us later to see if we needed anything else.

No pool towels available

The property was clean, easy to navigate, and had free parking.

There are no restaurants close that aren’t fast food. The free breakfast is the lowest quality possible while still being cooked rather than microwaved. fixtures are slightly dates. There were loud trucks passing on weekday nights.
