Location, lots of transients nearby otherwise good. Our first room smelled horribly and we were located to a different room. Carpet is dirty as when I walk around the room in my socks they get dirty. Probably needs shampooing more often. Not enough dishes to really cook We had to use our own. Mattress is a bit too firm. Otherwise we enjoy our room. We especially like the ability to cook our own meals. We love the laundry facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cleaner shampooed carpet, people smoking in the rooms and hallways smelled. I'm highly allergic, mattress too firm, not enough dishes to cook or use the dishwasher for. People watching porn in the room across the hall and we could hear them. We are very spiritual people so we found it very offensive to have that energy nearby.

The system manager Hispanic girl needs to be demoted. She is the rudest person I've ever met. Everybody else is friendly. She couldn't answer none of my questions and when I told her. I'll take my business somewhere. Elshe was alright with that. Overall, everything was great,

I like that it was often very quiet. And that the laundry facility was free.

I was not given a receipt and the clerk stated they don't give receipts. What kind of nonsense is that?? that was the only thing that was a disappointment. Other than that everything was as expected.

Service wa amazing and the space and convenience of having a full kitchen and laundry as well!

It wasn't clean. The hallways were so dirty. At one point I went and ask for a vacuum so I could vacuum the hall in front of my door. We had ants in the kitchen as well.Also had a part of the wall by the ac all taped up.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff very professional.

People left garbage in the hallway. The hallway didn't get vacuumed daily. Only 2 pieces of silverware. Dishes left in the dishwasher. Bed very sqeaky. Light bulb missing in lamp by bed.

I like the very friendly staff clerks at the front desk. They were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly.

I didn't like the air condition during the day time. I would've preferred to control the air myself, instead of the hotel conrolling it.

Love the location. Staff was excellent .

Bed was squeaky. Neighbors kept putting their garbage in the hallway. No vacuuming on the weekend.

Room was exceptional clean 👌 the quiet relaxing area and Ms Lynda at the front desk was very sweet

There was nothing I could dislike and I did look 😁
