SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Fossil Creek

This is by far the very best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel you are welcome and at home. All staff are friendly, and want to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Everything is very clean, and comfortable. The room was Amazing! Perfect stay oh and the food was real, and not just frozen. Lots of choices and delicious. Thank you! I will be back

I can't think of anything I didn't like

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is stocked with all the little details to make your stay a great one.

Surprise deposit due which cost more than the room itself. However, the staff was extremely courteous and accommodating and discounted the deposit to less than half the original price to ensure I didn't need to cancel my stay.

We loved how clean it is. We loved how nice everyone was. Especially the cleaning crew. Those ladies are amazing with the best attitudes everyday! We liked the balcony. We loved how easy it was for us to find considering we have never been to Texas before.

I do wish we also had a jacuzzi tub.

The property was mostly clean. It seemed fairly new.

The scent in the lobby was a little overpowering for my sinuses. Our refrigerator was dirty and not working. When I opened it a puddle of water fell out and the food we brought went bad. Not sure if it’s intentional but there were several things such as the shower water knob and casing that are crooked.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the staff was very friendly.

The $150.00 incidental fee at check-in. This was not mentioned prior to booking (unless i missed seeing it). Found out when i checked in that i had to pay this.

Loved the complete exercise room - it was roomy with treadmills, bikes and ellipticals! Not to mention the free weights and the weight machine! The bed was very comfortable as was the pillows!!! Nice sized room and bathroom. Shower was excellent! The hotel smelled great and it was so clean!! Enjoyed my stay and will likely return on my next visit - hopefully it will be even better once COVID is under control.

I think the hotel was overall excellwnt - just pricey without true continental breakfast or hotel bar. If true continental breakfast not served - why no discount?

The location was great for heading downtown. The facilities were extremely clean. The bed was comfortable, the television was up to date with Netflix as an option.

I had to inquire twice about the air conditioner as their maintenance person was not in on Friday. I could never tell if the A/C was even on. The chair in the room was broken.

This hotel seems to be new or recently renovated, everything was extremely clean, and beautiful!!! We felt comfortable here during our stay and weren't worried about the room not being clean. Everything was spotless! Staff was courteous and professional. They provided everything we needed. Breakfast was provided (although due to the winter storm it wasn't great- just a muffin and coffee).

At night time, noise traveled from the hallways and you could hear people shutting their doors which startled us a couple times throughout the night. I also thought the room had a full kitchenette (with a stove top) based on pictures but the King sure did not include that.

layout of the rooms were a little different, the bathroom being right in the middle of the room when you turn the bathroom light on it lights the entire room up.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was really good. Room was clean and comfortable.

Not enough luggage carts...but that is because other guests kept them in their rooms instead of returning them.
