The property wasn't in a bad location. It was close to everything. The bed was amazing. Very comfortable!

The only things I didn't care too much for were the room we stayed in looked like it was broken into. They could have replaced the door. Also, everything in the room looked like second-hand furniture. It could have been because it was a pet friendly room. Not what you expect to walk into when the property looked great on the outside. I stayed at another suite that was pet friendly and it was very nice.

Very convenient location. Room was spacious and stayed cool, which was very nice considering the August heat. Nice surprise to have a pull out sofa. Everyone had room to spread out with firm, comfy mattresses and linens.

Property in general was fine. Bugs in the tub; dead roaches in the dining area; weird stains on the sofa. Doors were extremely heavy to open.

the indoor pool and the front desk lady was nice

the elevator was broken when we arrived and our room was on the 4th floor. but after talking to the front desk lady she was able to move us to the 2nd floor right by the stairs. the next day the elevator was working. the bag breakfast was pitiful. a granola bar and a frozen sandwich and no beverages. it was the worst farce of a breakfast ever. all of the bags didn’t even have the sandwich in it. had to go peeking in other bags to find one. the “breakfast” was horrible. but I didn’t come to eat but it would have been nice to not have to go out and spend more money on breakfast. when it says included

The rooms were nice. Breakfast had a lot to choose from. The staff were friendly.

I was there a couple weeks and the room wasn't serviced as much as I would have liked. I know they said to ask for service but I would forget. That's more my fault.

clean, comfortable and affordable

I stood at the front desk for 15 mins listening to 2 workers chit chat with each other instead of checking me in. I eventually interrupted them as politely as possible and asked if they could please check me in. They did begrudgingly, but were obviously offended and struggling to be polite and hospitable after.

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, especially at reception and the lady who tended to the breakfast room. The food at breakfast was also plentiful and excellent while it also varied, which was welcome!

The interior is tired in places which is the only reason to not give the hotel full marks.

The best thing about this room was the comfort of the bed. I slept very well while staying here. The AC in this room 223 was excellent. We also appreciated that the room was a good size. The management and cleaning staff were very accommodating. Also terrific was the noise insulation of this room. We were not disturbed by noise from any of the other rooms in close proximity to our room.

The worst thing we experienced in this room was that the shower curtain bar was not installed properly which caused water to spray all over the bathroom floor when we took showers. It took a little manipulating to fix the curtain so that we could keep some of the water from getting on the floor. We had to request additional towels because of needing additional towels to dry water on the floor. Requesting additional towels and coffee etc was very easy and was brought to our door in a timely manner.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It was real quiet.

The breakfast was not very good. Wish you would have served better food. The orange juice was awful and the eggs were clearly not fresh eggs. The biscuits were not very good either. Wish there would have been cinnamon rolls, too.

Quick and easy check in, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok, but it was complimentary - so not complaining.. The kids enjoyed the pool, very much.

Room cleanliness. Couch had crusty stuff all over it. Also pullout couch had chips all over mattress, when we pulled it out.

Great comfortable bed and shower. wish there had been a morror at the desk in the room to use for vanity outside of bathroom.

Girl at front desk rude, no personality and was not going to honor my reservation made through booking.com for a king size bed. At three another came in who may have been manager. she put us in correct room. It was our 33 wedding anniversary and we had requested a king bed with suite. The rude desk attendant said that booking.com put us in a double room, even though I had my reservation on my phone and showed her it was clearly for a king size bed. We have stayed at this hotel many times and like it, but hope the help at the front desk improves.
